We arrived at this restaurant for a meeting. my friend recommended this restaurant. Well, we were not disappointed. the crew were so friendly and we had a fantastic feeling. The food was just great. We enjoyed every moment and we will definitely return to this restaurant. Highly recommended.

Someone made my sandwich the other day, I think his name was Evan. I got a medium turkey bacon ranch. This was my second time coming here and the first time I ordered food, the woman named Hamida made my sandwich, it lacked meat and flavor. Evan redeemed this place he better be making good money, if not he better get a raise!!

Extremely slow service. One person in front of me and it took 15 minutes to get my one sandwich made. Not up to par with other firehouse subs I’ve been to. Horribly made sandwich here.

This place blows! Horrible food. Disgusting greasy subs. The people who work here are very mean, rude, and sarcastic. Hopefully they'll be closing their doors because I hardly see anyone in here anymore. Food sucks. Service sucks. Place is dirty too. With so many other choices why eat at this crap hole? Really that's funny you need to check all the reviews because several others have also complained about your store. Read the reviews you clown! Your food sucks! No meat. You don't listen and one guy always has an awful attitude.

I submitted an online order. Two Nashville hot brisket sandwiches No Mayo. Got the sandwiches home and guess what? Mayo on both sandwiches. So I call up to get new sandwiches made with No Mayo. I bring the incorrect sandwiches back and pick up the new sandwiches. They punished me for the return. The new sandwiches had almost no meat on them. No mayo and No meat for the 2nd order. A Terrible experience!
