The food is okay, but pricy. If you like five guys then you like them... Their fries are inconsistently salted, especially the cajun fries. The food takes a while to cook but it's fresh and the staff try to get everything out as fast as possible.

The value at Five Guys has been lost. Just two adults for a cheeseburger and a large fries was $34.85. The large fries use to be so much, we could barely finish it. Now, we finish it like it's a small fries which by the way cost $8.89, just for fries that is. No body smiles or is friendly anymore and checkout now asks for a tip. A tip for what? No body is serving me. Even the water is only provided in a tiny kiddie cup. Go somewhere else or even a sit down restaurant. This place is now an absolute rip off.

Have not been to Five Guys in awhile. Ordered a Cheese Burger with the standard toppings, a grilled Hot Dog and an order of Fries.
The Cheese Burger was a double with lettuce, tomatoes, ketchup, mustard, mayo, grilled onions and mushrooms. The burger was cooked nicely but not seasoned. When I tried to eat the sandwich, it pretty much was falling apart. Tasted good but what a mess. Had to get a fork.
Fries were fresh and very good. Could have gotten a smaller order with how big the regular order was.
The grilled hot dog was OK with mustard and Relish was good. Butterflied and not grilled much.
Beverage selections are alot of fun with the Coke machine.

I don’t get how they are able to sell these burgers at the price they get for them. The food is below average. The place has no personality and it feels unwelcoming. Another example of a place being successful serving crappy food.

The food is always amazing! These burgers remind me of the ones at burger stands when I was little , so delicious! The family french fry portions are huge! The service is always friendly and I never feel rushed at the register. They have dried salty peanuts for you to snack on while you're there. Bright, clean, plenty of seating. I recommend the peanut butter banana bacon shake - it's peanut butter banana with pieces of real crispy bacon in it! Yum!!!
