My first time here was on my daughter’s birthday. We were intrigued by the robot, and boy did it deliver. Our server was amazing & so accommodating. She made my daughter feel so special and went above and beyond for us. The sushi was fantastic & came quick! The restaurant is also adorable. We will definitely be back.

came here a couple months ago and was looking for good food right now and was reminded of my horrible experience so have to leave this down. somebody in the reviews said that their noodles are the best… THEY LIED they most likely have to be working for these people because like literally me and my girlfriend came here and the noodles were the absolute worst part of the whole experience. on top of the 20 minute wait for service while we are the only people there besides another table, the appetizer was trash we didn’t finish it and i was so distraught by how the noodles were the exact opposite of how they said they would taste in reviews that we immediately asked for the check and left. trashiest ramen experience ever.

The food was mediocre but served well. I like how the service was nice and quaint. The price for the quality of the food was decent but could be better. It is also Japanese food in Wheaton so I do give them credit for the restaurant. Overall it’s a good place to get asian food and drinks.

Dietary restrictions: They may have Gluten free items but just be a but cautious

The best part of the restaurant is the atmosphere of the interior as well as robots that deliver food which to us was a pleasant experience. Their chopsticks wrapping have cute design as well. The attention to detail is nice.

As for the food I have high standards due to my upbringing in Japan. I would rate this place more of a fusion sushi restaurant. They have a very large selection from rice bowls, sushi to noodles and I think it will help to narrow down the main menu to a simpler list and make them their expertise standards.

Their boba / smoothie drinks aren’t bad but next time I will probably stay with the main menu for my personal preference.

Parking: There is a free public parking lot on the north east side of the restaurant. There are many one way streets in Wheaton downtown so it helps to google the public parking lot and directions to it ahead of time.

Fuji Ramen and Sushi is a must-visit for anyone who appreciates authentic Japanese cuisine.

The menu offers a variety of options, from classic Tonkotsu to spicy Miso, each one bursting with authentic flavors. I opted for the Fuji Classic Ramen, and it was simply delightful. The noodles were perfectly cooked, with just the right amount of chewiness. The toppings were generous, with tender slices of pork, fresh vegetables, and a perfectly cooked soft-boiled egg. The portion size was generous, and every bite was a treat.

In addition to ramen, the menu features a selection of appetizers and side dishes, like Gyoza, crab rangon and Takoyaki, which are equally delicious and worth trying. The staff at Fuji Ramen are attentive and friendly.

Respectfully the food wasn’t great. We ordered a rice bowl, ramen bowl, and a udon bowl all with chicken. The chicken was gummy and a had a bit of a weird flavor.

It wasn’t busy when we went which made the location quiet and eerie. Not a massive deal.

The staff were friendly but I didn’t appreciate they brought our food out at different times (granted we did order a bowl of slightly delayed). Hope this helps.

Went for lunch. There was sodium free soy sauce on the table and we had asked for a non sodium soy cause. The waiter told us that “its the regular soy sauce that we just put in that container” after he said that, I asked for a packet soy sauce thinking it would be the regular one. So i asked again saying “ ohh you guys dont have a regular one in packets” waiter goes “ohh sodium free is the only one we had”. So he basically lied in the beginning saying that it wasnt sodium free eventhough the bottle said it was lol. When i asked for the manager the waiter said “he clocked out nd is not here” Food isnt that great either. Waiter was missing out on our orders though we had said it couple times. Cleanliness is good. I wouldn’t give it a second try. Customer service needs improvement. At least dont lie about something that you dont have.

The atmosphere of the restaurant is good! It was very empty when I was there but the staff kept the energy up whenever they could. They have robots that deliver your food which was really cool! The staff is very nice and helpful! They had many suggestions and knew their menu to the T. The food was average. The sushi was like anywhere else but the ramen was really good! Their food is very filling and full of flavor. I wish they had more outdoor seating. It was a bit pricy tho. I definitely think the prices could drop by a couple of bucks. All in all I liked it and def recommend coming to try their food.

Kid-friendliness: They had Mr. Bean playing haha.

Ordered the unagi rice bowl but received totally different ingredients. When I pointed out that it wasn't what I ordered, they said that they don't make it with the ingredients on the menu anymore and that they'll get new menus soon??

What's the point of a menu if it doesn't tell me what I'm eating?

After asking for what I ordered *again*, I got a new bowl, and honestly it sucked. $2 upcharge for hardly any avocado, half warm half cold hard rice, still no onion, etc.

The vegan ramen bowl was also bland and had a couple incorrect ingredients.

Our server just stopped coming over after giving me my new dish, and was blatantly talking about us with a chef.

I have no idea how this place is rated so well. The only good part of the experience was the girl who seated us and closed us out, she was nice.

The maki sushi was exceptionally disappointing. The rice was almost completely unseasoned. The nori wrapper was rubbery. The fish was sub par. For rolls covered in sauce the taste was tolerable. However, the poor quality was evident in the yellow tail and tuna rolls I ordered. I wasn't expecting high quality, yet I paid high quality prices while receiving food inferior to grocery store sushi. On the plus side, the servers were fine, including the cute robots that bring food to the table. Still, I would not return.
