We go every year for valentine's day and every year we get great food, excellent service in an atmosphere perfect for this day. Robin our waitress went above and beyond with her service.

I'm a New York pizza guy in general, but when in Rome..... I gotta tell you Gino's does Chicago pizza right. Yes, it's bready, saucy and super cheesy, but it works well. First Chicago pizza I actually liked and would go back for.

Tasteless sauce, there were no spices at all but they claim basil and oregano go in the recipe but it tastes just like pure tomato sauce with tiny tomatoes. I looked at every piece, no spice. The crust was so thin it had bubbles and tasted like a cracker and some parts shattered and crumbled. Under the crust, I saw these dots like a premade crust. I called and got the manager and once he heard I was upset gave the phone to the cook to explain this is how they do it. The manager would not say sorry or even offer me a partial refund. Literally, Little Ceasars stuffed crust and Dominos taste better. This chain has gotten so bad. They swear this is the official recipe. Just a cheese topped tomato cracker. And they said this crust was made that day. It is not good at all!

Haven't had their pizza in years and I liked they have green olives. A Chicago institution in its own.

After going to both Ginos East locations in Chicago went to this place as it was convenient and near Ohare. Ordered ahead so the Pizza was ready when we arrived. We always order Ginos Fire Deep Dish which has always been nice spicy and full of flavor. Not this time though. The crust had no flavor and felt like eating cardboard. The sauce and toppings were not at all like what's normally on the Fire pizza.

After a rapid fire taste test if Uno, Gino, and Lou we have our personal verdict: Ginos is the best deep dish! Fresh toppings, good proportions, and the best crust.

Gino's East is a cool pizza place. It has a very chill atmosphere. Their pizza was very filling and delicious. Personally, I am a thin crust pizza type of person. Their thin crust truly is thin and crispy goodness. Their cheese is so gooey and stretchy. You can get great cheese pulls from the pizza! I was not a bug fan of the deep dish here. The wings had a great taste, but the meat was tough and almost dry. I would not get the bruschetta here. I thought it would be assembled, but they give you bread and bruschetta dip. It is very watery.
The staff was very friendly and they made us feel very welcomed!

This was the first great Chicago style pizza I ever had, and I've loved it every since. Patty style sausage with the cornbread crust is amazing.

Best Pizza I've had anywhere in years. We had the 4 ingredient special, thin crust;
& sausage, mushroom thin crust with extra sauce on the side. The appetizer - spinach-mozzarella sticks were very good also.
Service was fine
