The restaurant was not very busy but our drinks were not filled in a timely manner. Our waiter was cordial but seemed to have an attitude. My place setting was sticky. I had to place something on top of it so that I wouldn't get it on my clothes.

Prompt seating, no wait, friendly greeting from hostess. Somewhat of a wait for waitress to come to table & take our drink orders. She was quiet & somewhat hesitant & not friendly, maybe a new wait staff person. Food delivered by kitchen staff & was delicious!! Check given promptly after server asked if we wanted dessert or anything else.
Good food like usual. They had a salted caramel dessert that was the greatest dessert I ever had in my life. Rachel was the waitress and she was good. Would 10/10 recommend and be back soon.
Had not been in long time just forgot it was option so it sounded so good tonigh both looking forward to it. Got spinach dip which was always fabulous and it was horrible. Then got chicken piccata and it was eh no flavor to the capers even not sure how that can happen. And it was served on rice? Not a good mix! My friend got shrimp and noodles it was small and the noodles were very dry. We had to go to McDonald's a hour later starving won't be back sorry

Great burger and fries. Burger cooked perfectly with excellent garnishes. Best fries - slightly crispy and done to perfection. Raspberry ice just right, and server gave a cup to go!

I can recommend the Meatloaf 9 dinner. If you're a meatloaf lover (and probably male), you won't be disappointed. I also enjoyed the French onion soup and Carmel cheesecake. My wife had the crispy cauliflower stir fry (vegetarian) which she liked, but the included salad contained bacon bits, which she didn't want.

Good food. Good service. Nice place to eat. Prices reasonable. Noise was acceptable. Could talk with people across the table, but several nearby tables unoccupied. Would like a few more entree choices. Ambiance nice, but not special.

Went for my husband's birthday as they sent a gift coupon. Was very drafty and cold where we were sitting. I asked to move, but she said back area was filled. When I got up to go to bathroom, I saw 2 empty booth and several tables out of the line of the door. I asked her to turn up heat and they did. Switched side of the booth with my husband so my back was to the door. My pink elephant was yummy and the stuffed mushrooms were as well. My husband had the baked potato soup which he loved. I had the stuffed chicken for dinner and was delicious. Always my favorite. Plenty to bring home for another dinner. ‘Y husband had a special dish that was a short rib lasagna. He said it was interesting but not great. We split the hot chocolate brownie for dessert. Delicious!!

Like Chilli's, I'm not sure why I like this place. They have updated their menus with some new items that are pretty good. But the service is spotty, sometimes good, sometimes bad.

Server broke a wine glass & moved us to another table. Glass everywhere! Served 2 new drinks & apologized, then poured bottle of wine for 2 additional people. Food was good!

So this place has declined in the last year or so. To-go orders have included chicken not fully cooked and missing or incorrect items. Picking up to-go orders is at the bar but you'll stand there for 10 minutes before the bar tender acknowledges you, ensuring your food cools down. Orders placed via phone have at times not even been out through. The only reason they get 3 stars is that the manager has made it right via discounts on subsequent orders.
