Went here tonight and the place was a mess and disgusting and the floors and tables were dirty and had 4-5 people working there. First time here and last time

Walked in and the place looked dirty. Food spilled on the floors n tables. The cashier ignored the fact we were waiting for service. There was no way we were going to eat at this place! Highly disgusting!

Over 30-minute wait for “fast” food is crazy. The dining room was cramped and packed with unhappy customers waiting for their orders and workers who could very clearly not care less. The person at the counter seemed inconvenienced by someone asking for the part of their order that was ready and sitting there after he’d been waiting half an hour. The food was okay but nothing special (my son said his chicken sandwich “tastes like a chicken sandwich”). The hype is certainly not worth the wait.

Prices on menu not accurate. Doesn't honor the price on menu. Have not fixed the price error. Location is stillj Not on the app. Gets order wrong alot via drive through, which is why app is need be. It's gotta be hard to hear through the headset and microphone 4-6 feet away.

Terrible service , out of sour dough bread, coke machine dispensing what appears to be water instead of coke. Counter don’t have anyone to acknowledge you waiting to order. Witnessed several people upset over waiting for their food and a cashier who had trouble accepting cash. Seems like they should hire more people . Our burger was greasy and the cheese was not melted with soggy bread, How disappointing for our first time visiting your Carol Steam location . Not sure I’m coming back.Garbage on the floor and no cleaning up after people leave.
