The smoothies were so terrible that my kids wouldn't drink them. I tried them, and I agree that they were bad. We asked for a blueberry/strawberry mix, and my daughter described it as "blue throw up." I wish I could get my money and the tip back since they were soo bad. She didn't even greet or thank me. I won't be going back there again. Very disappointed. Other smoothie shops are way better.

This store is incredibly understaffed. Only ever see 1 person inside in the mornings.
Monday 8/16/2024, it was around 8:30 or 8:40 (they open at 8:00, by the way) and the lights were all on and everything was running, so I know someone was inside, but the doors were all locked.
There was no note on the door (I'm assuming they were in the bathroom or on a break since it was clear someone had already opened the store) to let us know where they were and when they would be unlocking the door again. I tried calling, banging on the door repeatedly for nearly 5 minutes, shaking the door, etc.... but no one answered nor did anyone come to the door. After nearly 20 minutes of waiting and knocking and calling, I gave up.
It was an immense waste of time and with no note on the door saying "we apologize, we are understaffed and we are on break/using the restroom and will be back at 'X:XX' am", I had no clue what was going on. The least they could have done was put a note on the door letting customers know what the he will be back and at what time or at least take a work phone in with you so confused customers can call and see what's going on.
Honestly, I understand what it's like me understaffed, buf perhaps if they paid fair wages to their employees they wouldn't be so understaffed. Also, whoever is in charge of this location needs to either hire more workers or ensure to leave a note for people when they are on break or take a store phone into the restroom.
It's inexcusable to have the doors locked during operating hours with nothing to tell customers what is going on or when they will be unlocking the doors again.
Also, multiple times my drink was blended badly with many large chunks. This location is the worst I've ever been to.

amazing
This has been the absolute worst location have visited. Paid $10 for a peanut butter mood smoothie and got the equivalent of watered down chocolate milk. Absolutely Terrible. I watched as the teenager employee scraped bottom of the barrel peanut butter, scraping the very last bit of pb, tossed the container in the garbage and then dug his hand back in the trash to grab that same container to put the LID ON. And toss it back INTO. The trash. I left a tip in the beginning which I regret. Regret even stopping at this location. F- Total Waste of money

Very dirty customer area. 1 person working on a Sat afternoon. Also, asking for a tip, for something I ordered standing at a counter for is offensive. Took 20+ mins to get my order.

Never has fresh produce (especially oranges).
This was the first time I went to this location, and let me tell you, it was an instant regret. At first, I thought the person taking the order was in special needs. Which is totally fine. But I quickly noticed that he was high as a kite. I couldn't believe my eyes! He was falling asleep taking the order. I had to repeat my order like 10 times. The teens making the order seemed like they were struggling a lot with the blenders and making the drinks. The whole thing was a joke. I will never be returning to this location. My go-to place is in Geneva. The drinks were not that good either.

June 13th went to try the new Tango Oasis. I ordered it on the mobile app. Before I could get a word in edgewise, the teenage girl that worked there yelled "we're not taking orders for the next 15-20 minutes". She kicked out another couple for the same reason. It was very rude. Jamba locations are always short staffed for whatever reason. The guy that worked with the girl was very polite. He must've seen in my face that I was about to snap, crackle, and pop on the impolite miscreant. He apologized. The girl needs serious manners.

Order was off, but somehow that’s not my biggest complaint. There is a worker there, never got her name. Some high school aged girl with tattoos on her arms. Extremely rude to customers. Completely unprofessional. Very entitled. Terrible customer service overall. Would not recommend to anyone. If you’re going to Jamba Juice, go to a different location. This one isn’t worth it at all.

Employees are all high, goofing around, walking out of the store to hit on a girl while 4 people are waiting on orders. Cashier looks like he hasn’t left his basement in a month and handling food with no gloves after using register. Straining their eyes to read ingredients as if it’s their first day of work. Unable to restrain giggles as if it’s their first time smoking weed.
No but I’m completely serious.
2 days in a row, I am going for fresh juice and the ate out of fruits...It's not cool at all..
Arrived at 807am. Store says open at 8am. Lights on. Went to open door and they are locked. Looked inside. Didn’t see anyone. Manager needs to check on who was supposed to open on March 28th.
