I’ve been here 3 times in the last month and unexpectedly closed when it says they should be open…
This place needs a new Manager. I love Jamba Juice. I always go for orange dream machine with my daily vitamins. The last three times I have been this place. They have no daily vitamins.
Once again, just stopped there now, August 12 no daily vitamins again place is going downhill manager needs to be fired. Very poor management.
I don't know why they said they opened at 8 am when I came here at 1050am and they were closed and nobody was inside. I was very confused and disappointed. They need to update their hours or something.
The website said they were open but when I got there it was completely closed. It says they close at 8 but was locked! Waste of time :/

I walked in around 11am with my young daughter and toddler to incredibly loud rap music blaring expletives. The worker popped her head around the corner about 30 seconds after we arrived and the music was lowered. My daughter had to first use the bathroom, which, in the most disgusting way, turned out to be for the best. The ladies room was filthy, with dried feces splashed all over the toilet seat. I promptly backed us out of the restroom and left the establishment. My absence wasn’t even clocked by the employee who had vanished from view again. I’m not eating at a place like this.
This was the first time I had been back to this location in over a year, and the past two previous times I’d visited I’d had a sub-par experience. Jamba used to be a great option for us, but I’m about ready to delete my app. Someone needs to do an audit of this location and either get it back on track or do us a favor and close it.

I placed a pick up order, when I walked in no one said anything. I was standing there for 10-15 minutes before it was my turn on the register and an employee came ( there was only 1 other client who was already being served) . My smoothie was ready the whole time (in their freezer).

The smoothies did not taste good. Disappointed. They tasted watered down and lacked any note of flavor.
The worker was closing up and the floors were soapy. There were still 10 min left until closing. Definitely not safe to walk in there.

In town for an event at the MAC. Stop to grab some Jamba since there isnt one where I live. Music was unbearably loud. The staff walked over with purposeful lack of eye contact. Arrived at the cash register, still a smug look on her face and says nothing. So I proceed with my order hoping she can hear me because I surely cant hear myself speak. Seems like she was working on a pickup order that could have been communicated with a personable and considerate so that my friend and I didnt feel like such assholes standing there. Overall it was quick service but hands down the most uncomfortable experience. AND my friend gets our drinks to see that she was given a medium and not large. My friend tells her and the staffs reply was, “oh, I thought you said medium”. The order was correct but honestly… TURN THE MUSIC DOWN AND CHANGE YOUR ATTITUDE!!! 3/16/2025 6:00pm

The smoothies were so terrible that my kids wouldn't drink them. I tried them, and I agree that they were bad. We asked for a blueberry/strawberry mix, and my daughter described it as "blue throw up." I wish I could get my money and the tip back since they were soo bad. She didn't even greet or thank me. I won't be going back there again. Very disappointed. Other smoothie shops are way better.

This store is incredibly understaffed. Only ever see 1 person inside in the mornings.
Monday 8/16/2024, it was around 8:30 or 8:40 (they open at 8:00, by the way) and the lights were all on and everything was running, so I know someone was inside, but the doors were all locked.
There was no note on the door (I'm assuming they were in the bathroom or on a break since it was clear someone had already opened the store) to let us know where they were and when they would be unlocking the door again. I tried calling, banging on the door repeatedly for nearly 5 minutes, shaking the door, etc.... but no one answered nor did anyone come to the door. After nearly 20 minutes of waiting and knocking and calling, I gave up.
It was an immense waste of time and with no note on the door saying "we apologize, we are understaffed and we are on break/using the restroom and will be back at 'X:XX' am", I had no clue what was going on. The least they could have done was put a note on the door letting customers know what the he will be back and at what time or at least take a work phone in with you so confused customers can call and see what's going on.
Honestly, I understand what it's like me understaffed, buf perhaps if they paid fair wages to their employees they wouldn't be so understaffed. Also, whoever is in charge of this location needs to either hire more workers or ensure to leave a note for people when they are on break or take a store phone into the restroom.
It's inexcusable to have the doors locked during operating hours with nothing to tell customers what is going on or when they will be unlocking the doors again.
Also, multiple times my drink was blended badly with many large chunks. This location is the worst I've ever been to.
