The team there makes it work. They were friendly, efficient, and attentive. Pricing is fair considering the overall fast food pricing nowadays. I have switched from my long time sandwich chain to Jimmy John's. I never eat there as the tables are more of an afterthought for many of us.

Change your hours! When I walk in at 8:23 and I’m told you’re already closed. It says your open till 9 online!

The young man who made my 2 sandwichs set them on the pickup counter instead of putting them in a bag when I asked him for a bag he put that on the counter also I go there all the time this time I was disappointed.

Clearly understaffed, they chose to make several people’s orders before mine as I had 5 subs in my order. I also ordered 6 fountain sodas. There was no carbonation but we didn’t complain. Before I left I just wanted them to know it was out of carbonation and instead of thanking me or apologizing, I just got attitude. Also, all the tables were super wobbly. The food was fine once we got it.

You need to update your hours on Google. These people are never open until 9. Not even 8:30.
When they are open, they make a decent sandwich.

Says they are open until 9pm but three times I have come before 9pm (one time before 8pm) and they were closed. Just change your hours.

Horribly slow everyone I come here. I would recommend finding another spot if you expect reasonable delivery times. Employees don’t want to be here. Terribly run business.

Paid $17 for a sandwich to be delivered here & waited an hour. Called to see where it was and was told that the driver left it on a chair in our lobby (10 steps from our suite) 35 minutes prior. Nobody called, nobody messaged, and if the driver had walked 7 feet he would’ve seen our suite number. Person on the phone didn’t do anything other than apologize and hung up. Not very good customer service & really poor ability to just put some effort into a job.

Customer service will hang up on people calling in for delivery orders if they don’t want it delivered to their address a mile away.

So, I want to begin by saying I also work a service job. I know how frustrating it can be when you’re scheduled on a national holiday but you do have the power to request that day off if you truly don’t want to work it.I stopped in today with my brother for some quick sandwiches, because like most Americans, we are busy and have obligations, even on holidays. I greeted the man at the counter and asked him how he was, and he very snappily responded “well i’m here on Labor Day, so..” I apologized and told him we’d be quick. We ordered, and he begins to make our sandwiches, not hiding his annoyance by slamming things on the counter. This made me extremely uncomfortable as I come from an environment where this was common. I felt like I’d done something wrong just for ordering a sandwich.I looked at my brother and I could tell we were thinking the same thing, so we quickly took our sandwiches when they were finished and left.I get home, unwrap my sandwich and there’s a long black hair sticking out of it. This really just added insult to injury and I sincerely think the bearded dude working today around 11 should be spoken to.

My order was definitely freaky fast, probably the fastest Jimmy John’s order I’ve received. However, it was far from freaky fresh… The veggies (tomatoes, onions and lettuce), along with the avocado spread all seemed a bit old. Overall disappointing. I honestly would take a slower deliver over a bad sandwich. I hadn’t had JJ’s in a few years and was really looking forward to my favorite (beach club), but it definitely didn’t come close to hitting the spot.
I’ve been using this location mostly for delivery, but today I stopped in. The young man who took my order was very nice along with the men in the sandwich line. Great customer service! Yes, delivery is sometimes slow during busier hours, but overall I am rating high.
