Worst Jimmy John's sandwich I've ever had. I get a #9 every time and it's always great... today I went to this location and got the driest sandwich ever. Not enough mayo, couldn't taste any oil and vinegar, no onions at all, I asked for Jimmy's peppers and there was a total of 5 little pieces of peppers on the whole sandwich. Disappointed that I spent like $12 on such a terrible sandwich.

Was not very happy with the service I received recently at this location. They messed up and charged me extra for cheese I didn’t get in my order. I came into the store after work a couple hours later and talked to this blonde girl and she argued with me that I was charged without cheese based on the printed receipt, but when I showed on my phone I was charged more, she got her manager. The manager didn’t even say anything to me with no apology. She just returned my extra charge and walked away, then the blonde girl proceeded to throw away my unfinished sandwich without asking me -just took my sandwich bag and threw it away… This kind of customer service was so ridiculous and I work in customer service myself. At least have the decency to say “sorry”. No offer of making me a new sandwich too. I won’t be coming back to this location.

Shame on the manager that schedules and absolutely understaffed the poor lead today, during lunch. This is one of the only fast foods near here so i can only imagine lunch is busy like that every day. Her and her team handled it very well. But you need to better staff from 11-2.

Website price is different than store price. Two regular sandwiches combo cost me $30. They gave me regular wheat bread sandwiches, tap water, and chips. Not even water bottle. Plus the drink machine was out of order. Smh. This place is ran by high school kids. No customer service. I will never go to Jimmy John's again. Stay away from this place. Save your money and go to Subway or Quiznos.

I have written many great reviews and this is my first bad one !! I left with my order that was for a Work meeting! Out of 5 sandwiches 3 didn’t even have meat on them but we’re supposed to and the only one that had meat was so soggy and disgusting that we couldn’t eat it . When I called to complain the Management went as far as to disagree with me. I am in customer service and outraged about the service, quality and the treatment by the management about my complaints after all that, she told me she would give me free sandwiches next time, but didn’t even ask my name or offer a apology about my bad experience.

Generally good but don’t order Beach Club. I could not find the avocado spread, called and was told it was in between the cheese. Pulled apart and informed the JJ employee that there was like a teaspoon. Response: “oh. Sorry.” I said well…I will never order THAT again.

I went to pick up my order and said thank you to the team member and he ignored me as if I was invisible. It was empty inside and he saw me. I understand this world has a lot of unhappy people walking around but not all of us are mean. This is enough to make me not come back. What happened to a sense of community and being friendly? Disappointing but not surprising.

The main employee there is a Rockstar, she is literally doing triple time every single time I have been here. She literally will be slammed and she is working in turbo mode whilst hitting every customer with personality and good customer service. You cannot train an employee like that, she just IS! I wish I got her name to put on here. Very impressive.

For the sixth time in the last five weeks, this location has had no French bread. If you’re in a hurry, and you would like your sandwich prepare the way it should be then you should avoid this location. The first time they were out of bread I sat in the drive-through for 15 minutes because they didn’t tell me the bread was not prepared this time. I pulled up to the drive-through speaker with three cars behind me and was unable to exit the drive-through line after being informed that there was no French bread and it would be approximately 15 minutes. So not only did I not order sandwiches I had to sit there and wait for the cars in front of me to exit the drive-through so that I could leave. This is the last time I will ever use this location.

Quite possibly the worst sandwich I have ever eaten. It was almost as if they dipped my bread in water. You lost a long time customer to this location.

I hate leaving bad reviews but the attitude I received from the staff was unreal. I called because I ordered food 40 minutes prior and the app said my food still wasn't out for delivery. When I asked about it the girl kept talking over me and was so rude. This was the second time I called because the first time I was quickly hung up on.This is not the first time I wait over an hour to get a sandwich delivered from this location.

I was the second car in the drive through. Did a pick up through the drive thru and it took over 15 mins!!!!!! Order was wrong too lol avoid this location. Lesson learned
