The main employee there is a Rockstar, she is literally doing triple time every single time I have been here. She literally will be slammed and she is working in turbo mode whilst hitting every customer with personality and good customer service. You cannot train an employee like that, she just IS! I wish I got her name to put on here. Very impressive.

For the sixth time in the last five weeks, this location has had no French bread. If you’re in a hurry, and you would like your sandwich prepare the way it should be then you should avoid this location. The first time they were out of bread I sat in the drive-through for 15 minutes because they didn’t tell me the bread was not prepared this time. I pulled up to the drive-through speaker with three cars behind me and was unable to exit the drive-through line after being informed that there was no French bread and it would be approximately 15 minutes. So not only did I not order sandwiches I had to sit there and wait for the cars in front of me to exit the drive-through so that I could leave. This is the last time I will ever use this location.

I hate leaving bad reviews but the attitude I received from the staff was unreal. I called because I ordered food 40 minutes prior and the app said my food still wasn't out for delivery. When I asked about it the girl kept talking over me and was so rude. This was the second time I called because the first time I was quickly hung up on.This is not the first time I wait over an hour to get a sandwich delivered from this location.

I was the second car in the drive through. Did a pick up through the drive thru and it took over 15 mins!!!!!! Order was wrong too lol avoid this location. Lesson learned

It's been over an hour and I still haven't received my sandwich. I called 40 mins into my wait and was told it was out for delivery as the driver was delievering 6 other subs. 20 mins later and it's still not here.Update-it's been another 20 and it's still not here. I called the store and they told me "call back after 2pm for a refund." When I explained I would not be doing that, they put me on hold and never returned. I called again and they hung up on me. I called back and they never answered. I'm filing a despute with my bank since they want to try and steal my money by refusing to refund me for a sandwhich they claim is out for delivery for over an hour. For reference, I ordered at 1109am, I'm typing this update at 1240pmDO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

I went through the drive thru tonight and had a very poor experience. I asked for red wine vinegar for my son’s sandwich and was given Italian dressing. I told the young man with long hair that I wanted the red wine vinegar and he told me that is all they had. I pointed to the numerous gallon jugs of red wine vinegar and said I would like the red wine vinegar. He again told me the Italian dressing was the only option. I ordered the beach club and there was barely any guacamole and no bacon at all. I asked for it plain and it had mayonnaise, lettuce and tomato. Service was also very slow and we waited almost 10 minutes for 2 sandwiches.
One star for food is because I never got to eat it. This location is too busy for their own good. "Freaky fast" sub too 18 minutes to get. Made me late for my appointment, so I never tasted it. Employees must have been overwhelmed as they were very curt with customers wondering where their sandwiches were.Jimmy makes great sandwiches, I would just recommend a site without a drive-thru. I can get a pizza made in 20 minutes, shouldn't take 18 for a sandwich. EVER.

It's been almost 3 weeks since I placed my order received incorrect food that I also was unable to eat. I attempted to phone the location but was met with rudeness and even though I was told the manager would return my call I never received one. I also put in a complaint through the corporate office and even after multiple messages have still not heard back. I have frequented this location many times but I will not return back to this location or any Jimmy John's locations. There's way too many sandwich shops that actually want customers and that will take care of their issues.

An absolute dumpster of a Jimmy John's location! Beware - don't order for delivery if you want your food delivered quickly. Always takes an hour to get a sandwich and when you call the store to inquire they make pure excuses without taking any responsibility for pitiful service. Get better - do better. You are a joke.
