I used to visit them every Saturday and Sunday, but this time was horrible. The customer service was terrible, the treatment was bad, and the staff member ( She) was mean, rude, and completely lacking in respect and professionalism.

Great experience with a large delivery order! Kacie, the shop manager, helped me place an order for a company event. She was responsive, positive, and great to work with. Our delivery window was very specific, and they arrived right on time. If you're looking for delicious catered ice cream with great customer service, I highly recommend! We hope to use Kimmers again.

Very cute store near the train station! Strongly recommend the Leona (Butter Pecan) served by super friendly staff! We did the one flavor kids cone and it was the perfect size.
This place is so cool. The ice cream is immaculate. The building is Amazing the atmosphere around it is just 1950s. It’s one of my favorites. The service is amazing. They’re always happy and they’re actually like joyful when they work it there food is yummy.

Love the vibe of this shop. Walked in once I saw this cute pink ice cream shop. There are a lot of flavors and the worker let me try before I choose. Got a kid‘s double and it was a very good amount！Friendly workers and tasty ice cream. Will def come back?
