Absolutely disappointed with the service I received. I ordered 2 sandwiches today and 2 drinks to take to my daughter and son in law at Central DuPage hospital. I asked the counter guy to assure NO chipotle ranch on the spicy southwest chicken… I asked no less than 3 times. As I checked bag before leaving the rapper stated NO chipotle ranch… guess what folks… it was on the sandwich. Folks it’s a simple request. Your staff should be able to communicate and confirm this...
