I ordered a Plain Fish meal with no salt on the fries; my to be with a mouth full of salt. When I complained and requested the meal be completely remade, tbe manager on duty purposefully gave me a fish sandwich with cheese and extra tartar sauce and wouldn't even speak to me. I requested a full return. The manager needs to be fired (.)

Today I stopped by to get something quick. When i was about to eat, I noticed there was eggshells in my food. I ordered an iced Carmel macchiato … it taste like the solution they clean it with every few hours. I’m highly disappointed with today’s experience.

I visited McDonald’s for a quick breakfast. To my dismay, the food arrived cold. I didn’t even receive my syrup for the pancakes or utensils. This is my second time at this location, and I won’t be returning.

McDonald’s Employees hit my car and caused damage when they were leaving after their shift. The employee was upset because he broke his cellphone, therefore he flung his front passenger door open and struck my car. The employees almost left without saying anything, but I was sitting in my car during the incident. The employees tried lying saying he did not cause the damage and was dismissive. The employees involved during the incident were extremely rude. I attempted to file a complaint with the on-duty Manager, but she refused to accept/file a complaint. Instead the irate Manager attempted to protect the employees and said her employees did not cause damage. I am glad there are McDonald’s parking lot cameras that captured the incident. The incident was reported to Police.

The restaurant was also not clean when I was inside. There was spilled liquids near the drink dispenser.

Hopefully McDonald’s corporate looks into this incident to prevent a similar situation from occurring again in the future between a McDonald’s customer and McDonald’s employees.

The last few times I was here, the service at the drive thru has been terrible. Soon as I would pull up they’re yelling hello multiple times when I’m trying to talk. Then today I give them a code from the app, they put it on the wrong register and I couldn’t use it for my own since someone else got to save money.
Then have the nerve to tell me how I’m wrong and expect me to stay and pay like Dunkin isn’t right there to go get my morning coffee and sandwich.

0 professionalism and charisma from employees, not even a "hello" or a "thank you", I was served by an Indian who luckily knew how to say numbers in English, Bad attitude, didn't bother to check anything, The soda machine was out of CO2 (if your drink is too sweet, this is why) and the kitchen was in a mess even though there were no more than 6 customers in the place, administration is an ass here. the food was stale flavorless and gross.

Placed an order through the drive-through a woman spoke to me, took my order. Pull up to the window and the woman asked me I’m sorry what is your order? Did you order? I will never waste My time or money at this place. I don’t believe it helps their case with me being the only car in the drive-through.

Went in drive-through for the .50 cent double cheeseburger deal in the app. Gave my code at the speaker, was told to move up to the window. When I got to the window, was asked for the code again. I gave the guy the code and showed him the code in the app. The guy asked us to reload the app because he said it wasn’t working, so I did that and it said this code has already been applied. The guy insisted that it wasn’t working but then he said “ok .54 cents” he called for the manager. Carlos Garcia, the manager, came and said the code wasn’t working and he couldn’t honor the code. I told him that at the speaker, I was already told to pull up and my app clearly shows that the code was applied. The manager had a terrible attitude and swore at me. He walked away and I told the cashier “why didn’t you tell the manager that you saw the code on my phone before telling me to reload the app?” And he said he would pay for the burger and to go to the next window. I don’t understand why Carlos Garcia thinks it’s okay to swear at customers, have an attitude, or to not honor the code that I gave them multiple times. But this is one of the worst McDonald’s locations I have ever been to. Carlos Garcia is a danger to customers, and this isn’t the first time I’ve had an issue with his management either. Please address this.
