Beautiful place and incredible menu - loved the design and overall vibe of the place. Ended up being so disappointed for a place that everyone should be absolutely raving about for its unique offerings. Had fabulous orange wine (server could only tell me when I asked how funky it was that orange wine stays in contact with grape skins longer) and exceptionally well executed blt burger. The service sucked so much with it taking 15 minutes to be greeted by our server, unclean table ( poorly wiped with visible dirt), we shared an appetizer and main (we clearly stated we were sharing and when main was served it wasn’t cut or plated for two which was fine and took 6 or seven minutes while food got cold to get our extra plate). Wasn’t presented with the specials menu that the table next to us requested and was given or asked if we wanted dessert or provided a dessert menu. Bathroom was out of toilet paper and there was no one at the hostess stand to request more. Such a pretty place design wise and great menu with so much potential so maybe caught it on a bad night. Could have been a hidden gem find that had so many misses. Try at your own risk.
Vegetarian options: Interesting salads!
Parking: Downtown location on street closed to cars with nearby city garage parking, lots and street parking about two blocks away.

Hostesses were lost at best. We were seated after following up with the hostess and then sat for 35 minutes waiting to be served. Tables seated after us were attended to, and the servers walked right past us without acknowledging us. We were excited to try them out, but the service was terrible, so we left.

One of our favorite places to eat. I usually have the yogurt bowl which is spectacular. Instead, I decided to try the sourdough waffle with a side of billionaire bacon...yum!! Sue is our favorite waitress and is very attentive.
Wonderful dinner! First visit - sat at the window - had a great waitress, Kate. The Brazino was unbelievable!!! Came with delicious carrots and potatoes. Very flavorful - should be your standout dish on the menu!!!
I know sometimes glitches can happen with service but it seemed a bit unfortunate to have to wait 15 minutes for a server to visit our table after we got seated. Restaurant was not super busy. We sat outside. Then waited another 10 minutes for drink order to come. Billion Dollar Bacon on sandwiches not done the usual crispy way. We didn't complain and the sever still apologized for the delays, so this was nice but for the prices, we were a bit underwhelmed.
My favorite burger and my wife’s favorite breakfast in Wheaton. Try the Feast Burger (+ the fries and aoli), the MF Toast & the Old Fashioned. 10/10.

Our server didn't respond to basic request, ketchup for the fries, a clean glass for water when one has a fly in it. Just not very attentive. The chicken sammie was disappointing, way too much sauce.
Worst experience we've ever had. Servers passed our table at least a dozen times without stopping. We were seated outside and my husband went in to find a drinks menu after sitting for 15-20 minutes without any service. Then he went in to the bar, and ordered and paid for our drinks. After 40 minutes with no service, we asked to speak to the manager. At least he comped our drinks. We chose to eat elsewhere.
Excellent food prepared fresh . You won't see their menu anywhere else. They take great pride in providing very different dishes with pretty common ingredients. Always artfully served . The Market bowl with black rice, mushrooms, carrots I added chicken with a lovely, refreshing green sauce. Husband had the blackened salmon , loved it. Daughter had 1/2 chicken - very generous proportion, again delicious. Get the fries - always hot and excellent aoli sauce. turkey meatballs with sweet potatoes are a great app. I had a gin and tonic that was the best I have ever had. They added juniper berries, a sprig of thyme, and a shaving of cucumber. Refreshing and delicious!! One of my favorite restaurants!
Food was delicious, loved the Art Deco decor & our waiter was excellent, very attentive, professional, friendly & informative. My only complaint was when I booked my table they gave us an option of dining room, bar & lounge area.. I chose the main dining room thinking that it would be more quiet. However, we had 2 families on either side of us with screaming kids.. (not newborns, infants or babies of any kind) toddler age & older.. The couple @ the table next to us- ended up leaving because of the noise... I'm not saying don't allows families with kids but, perhaps they want to keep the families with kids in the main area & those of us couples/ parties with adults only in the lounge/ bar area. Or vice versa... Even my boyfriend with 2 children agreed that it was definitely annoying & he said if it were his kids he would've taken them outside until they calmed down, as to not disturb the other patrons.. I still would recommend this place to friends- just warn them of that & maybe suggest they take a table at the bar/ lounge area.
Unique, tasty, and relaxing! This place has amazing food and a beautiful decor. Service is great as well. Might want to look at the menu first if you have picky eaters as it is definitely for a mature palate. And don’t forget to check out the small store at the back. Tasty take out options and treats are available as well as decor items and more.
