Went in, no customers. Young woman in noodles and company uniform sitting at a table. Go around to counter. Stand there. Nothing is cooking. Nothing is on. Nothing is moving. After 5 minutes I look around the corner and there are two noodles and company employees sitting at a table scrolling TikTok. They never acknowledged or attempted to give service. YEARS AGO NOODLES IN WHEATON WAS THE BEST! NEW MANAGEMENT AND DOWN THE DRAIN IT WENT. FOOD IS NOT PREPARED to CONSISTENTLY! MISSING INGREDIENTS OR ADDING INGREDIENTS THAT YOU SPECIFICALLY SAID AND ITS ON YOUR RECEIPT THAT YOU DO NOT WANT! THE MALE MANAGER BLAMED IT ON BEING A NEWER ITEM. NEW ITEM HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH SOMETHING BEING ADDED THAT I SAID NOT TO! FOOD ALLERGIES ARE REAL AND THIS LOCATION FAILED POORLY!

I paid for a 2 regular sized dishes. The person behind the counter charges me for 2 regular sized bowls yet gives me two small sized bowls and tries to argue that this is how everyone receives their order…in a small bowl yet I paid for the regular size? Yall garbage

This location of Noodles & Company used to be great, but they have new staff that do not seem to care about the service they provide. First of all the person at the register was not friendly. Second they were out of all forms of their ice teas, third half the tables were dirty. Finally an ingredient that was not listed as being in the food was in it and I am very allergic to it. The cook promised to remake it and instead served it to me after removing them, which I discovered by eating a piece of it. This food, tomatoes, can make me sick for a month if I ingest it. The guy finally remade it when I called him on it. I won’t be back!

Excellent pasta choices! Great dining area and service! The manager even came up to our table to ask if everything came out alright and was tasting good. I feel that it shows they care about their customers and the food they serve. Highly recommend this location.

Probably the worst noodles and company in the Chicagoland area. I love Noodles and it pains me to leave them a negative review. Dishes are cold. Service is slow. I always regret that I chose this noodles. I even tipped $5 on my online order in the hope that maybe just maybe a little care would be taken. I don’t even need to eat it to know it’s awful and that’s because they ran out of broccoli! I should have just canceled my order. I imagine this location will close soon.
