The atmosphere at Oberweis is bright and airy, but it is an ice cream store with fresh milk dairy cases. It can be busy in the summer. The quality of the ice cream is high and the servings are generous. So while they aren't cheap you get a lot of ice cream and good quality.

Horrible service today. Staff and manager all choose to work on orders that came in after mine. Then finally got on making mine to ofcourse make the wrong size. Now I get to wait even longer and it's filled with more whip cream on the bottom because poured my first one in my large cup. Come on, train your staff and especially that manager on customer service.
