Got a chocolate shake…. Wife got a Sundae and the both of us are wondering if theirs something spoiled cause it just doesn’t taste right. Mine or hers… luckily the kids will eat anything so no complaints there.

I was standing out front at the cash register for about 10 minutes. No employees in sight. Could hear them in the back talking/laughing. I looked around the corner and they were all sitting back there eating ice cream. Made eye contact with one employee and still no one came to the front to help me.

Terrible customer service by their associate Dallas. I understand they had to close early due to weather but have the basic courtesy to walk up to the door and talk to a customer. I stood there for a few minutes, pointing at her and trying to talk to her to tell her that would it be possible for me to just purchase something off the freezer? I recognize the importance of closing early due to bad weather, but equally as important is good customer service. Even if you're going to turn a customer down there's a right way and the right body language versus showing your frustration and huffing and puffing in front of a Customer. Not only would I have purchased a cake, but I would've given her a nice tip for working during this weather but unfortunately, instead, I walked away highly disappointed, and will never return to this premise.

I am a frequent customer of Oberweis, and I absolutely love the Ice Cream! I just stopped by this evening and Mason, Zander and Alicia were awesome! This is my first time with Zander on the register and he is soo friendly! I feel right at home!!! The new guy who I haven’t seen before was friendly as well! Oberweis has delivered once again.

This place has top notch employees! Raeann has got to be one of the most hard working, dedicated, thoughtful workers I’ve ever interacted with in my life. She coined this establishment a 5 star rating with her constant drive to help all customers that come in for ice cream. She is never without a smile on her face and it is evident that her main goal is to not only help customers, but help her coworkers as well and she is always visibly giving 110%. Bravo Raeann!
