Stop supporting this business every day they give you less food for the money you pay, it was a portion of shrimp and the only thing the Asian lady gave me was two shrimp and a lot of onion every day the portions are less and they charge more and more, this People only deceive us with their food, the Asian lady if she sees that you are Hispanic she only gives you onions

I don't know what their deal is, but they don't fulfill delivery orders until the restaurant is empty. Sometimes I think they're just being petty with drivers or just with me. But I've had to wait at least 20 minutes every time while they crack jokes behind the counter. Have some awareness and maybe some respect for the people handling your food.

Always have great service. Good helpings. Be nice to them and they are generous to you. Just remember, they work there. You don't. So don't give them attitude. They've dealt with rush orders, online orders, picky people orders. So just be nice. It goes a LONG way and makes your day better as will theirs.Parking: Parking in front is limited during lunch times. So just park in the back. There are like 1000 parking spots in back. And you can enter this place from the back.

This was my first and last time coming to this location! Vanesa L was very rude like if you don’t want to be there apply elsewhere. I asked Vanesa for more Soy sauce packets and she had a very nasty attitude about it like she’s the one who purchase the soy sauce. Guess what Vanesa if the customers don’t come back you don’t get paid then eventually your out of a job, so learn how to keep your customers happy. More gratitude less attitude hunny!!!
While they forgot my egg-rolls, Leila was awesome in making it all right! My daughter went to pick up and she was wonderful!!!Thank you for saving the slumber party!!!!!

When I placed an order for delivery, I selected a large order of cream cheese Rangoon. I was supposed to get 12 pieces and only received 3, this costed me 8 extra dollars and I was extremely displeased. And then when I went to call to see if they could do something about it, they didn't have the dignity to answer. 1 star will never order again.

To call this place Panda "Express" is an oxymoron. Slowest service I've ever experienced. Took 25 minutes to get order. Was ignored most of the time I was there. Customers who arrived long after I was there got their food long before me. Communication was terrible.
