Not coming back here anymore. Based on the previous reviews by others, this is an ongoing issues and the owner/manager doesn't care.
Generally we love Panera but we're disappointed with the service here at the Danada location. The food was so cold. My daughter who loves Panera Mac & cheese was sick later that day.
We trust Panera but not this location.

I work near by and Panera is one of my frequent stops for lunch. Great customer service, clean environment, never had a problem with wait time for food or other orders, very well run to say the least. The manager goes above and beyond to make sure the customers are happy and satisfied with their visit to Panera Bread.

The tall fellow with glasses stared at at me the whole time and after 3 minutes of silence he finally asked me what I wanted to eat after struggling to say hi, I finally was able to order overall the food was good if not a little pricey but the atmosphere was a little inadequate with that boy staring at me the whole time.
