I might as well have gone to a gas station. Tons of people standing around and I ended up just ordering on the kiosk. I'm disappointed that Panera has moved to automated coffee machines. I don't come here for gas station coffee.This location doesn't carry pumpkin muffins which was also a huge disappointment. Then they toasted my bagel! Who does that?!? Didn't even ask, it was just the default. This is the first time I've been disappointed at a Panera.

Forgot bread and chips, 2 soups spilled in the bag and scalded me, coffees without cream and spilled, scalding me again. Resteraunt wasnt even busy. How do you mess up this bad.

Visited this location on 1/11 @ around 9:40am. My order was as simple as it could be with a chocolate chip bagel as is and an everything bagel sliced (not toasted) with honey walnut cream cheese. The supervisor/mgr was just standing around doing absolutely nothing while the cashier who took my order walked away to do whatever was more important than my 1min order. I proceeded to wait while watching the drive thru get all the attention and one gentlemen looked to be doing all the work and finally asked me after about 10 mins what I needed help with. Pretty embarrassing for a non slow time to take 10+ mins to give me my two bagels. Great location and all but the service is absolutely terrible.I was here on another visit which was around 6:30/7pm to pick up some soup and mac n cheese. I chose to go thru the drive thru for this one and proceeded to wait 15+ mins while no one checked on the car waiting at the window. Then someone finally came out and asked them to pull into a waiting spot. During that 15 mins I tried to call as I was stuck in the drive thru waiting for the Panera employees to figure out how to properly handle working a drive thru window. Obviously if there is a large order you wouldn’t hold up a line in the drive thru while waiting for it.My advice is hire people who know what their doing so you can have a better business that will attract more customers. Again your location is great but the service doesn’t make up for it.

Disappointed with my sandwich from this location again. As you can see from the picture there’s barely any chicken on the chicken chipotle sandwich I ordered. They also forgot avocado and barely any sauce. I ordered via online and asked for no cilantro … which I still got.

The drive thru is so slow as to make it irrelevant. I could have gone inside and eaten an entire meal in the time it took to get my drink (20mins)Edit: I seem to get 5 cranky employees for 1 friendly one. Keeping rating and is.

I needed something fast for breakfast on my way to work so I ordered a Pecan roll and a drink. I was in an UBER so I ordered through the APP so I could be in and out. When I walked in noo e acknowledged me so I had to make my presence known. I informed the cashier that I was there to pick up my order. He immediately handed me a bad with my pecan roll in it and when I checked it my pastry was as hard as a brick. I asked if I could exchange it and was told that they were all as hard and that they have spoken to the baker numerous times concerning this. I then asked if they had a microwave and was told yes but no directions as to where I could locate it. After prompting am answer I was directed across the dining area and when I opened it I almost fell out!! The microwave was so nasty and filthy like it hadn't been cleaned nor disinfected since it was purchased. I notified the cashier of this and he stated that no one was there to do anything about it!! WHAT!!!!! But YOU'RE HERE NOW MR!!! He didn't reply and I rapidly demanded my money back!!! Let's just say that they should through the whole building away and I will NEVER patronize them again. I should've cancelled the order once I noted there were no card in the freaking parking lot when we pulled up!!

My father-in-law passed away and we had to quickly come up with a plan to feed a large group of people who would be coming to our home after the funeral. I ordered catering online from the Wheaton Store around 9pm on Thursday evening for a Saturday 11:15am pickup. I received a confirmation email upon my order and another confirmation email at 8am the next morning (Friday). After hours at the visitation on Friday, I received a 5:30pm call from the Downers Grove store explaining that they do the catering and don’t have a driver on the weekend who can take the order to Wheaton. They asked if I could pick it up in Downers instead. No, that was not possible and here I am on a Friday night with about 18 hours until guests were scheduled to be at my home (following the funeral and burial). Why didn’t they call sooner? Why did I receive TWO confirmation emails? Instead, we had to panic to find another restaurant that could serve our needs in a very short to frame. This was stress we did not need while mourning our loss. The person who called me was not to blame. The manager at the Downers Grove store FAILED their job. They failed by having an employee call instead of calling themselves and for calling so late. I highly recommend Portillo’s catering. They were incredibly kind, had everything ready, and did it all on short notice. I’ll never eat at Panera.

Very bad service !!! I like to buy country rustic bread.Can't buy i see rack with 100 loafs !!The manger said the bread is baked for tomorrow!!!!
