Ordered a large pizza with toppings split on 1/2. Got the pizza all mangled in the box with toppings slid over to oven side. Won't be ordering from here again.

Ordered carryout through the app at 11 pm and received a deliciously perfect extra sauced shaq-a-roni pizza. Will definitely be ordering consistently

Excellent service, deliveries on time.

Went back-and-forth on the phone for almost 10 minutes. The lady who took my call. Did not understand English and cannot find my address. Very frustrating and a waste of time.

Called to order pizza and wings. Lady on the phone was hard to understand, and kept trying to get us to buy more. We asked to schedule the order to pickuu about 35 minutes later but she said that if we were going to schedule the order for pickup we would have to schedule it for an hour later. Ok, what time would it be ready without scheduling? 15-25 minutes. Alright that'll do. Get to the end of the call and she says it will be ready in 6-16 minutes, what?

Pick it up 10 minutes later. Several of the wings were rock hard and the pizza was lackluster at best. Not a fan and will not be ordering from here again.

I usually order from this restaurant but not anymore. A couple weeks ago I order 6 pizzas and this store got 3/6 pizzas wrong so I called them and instead of giving me a refund they game me 3 pizzas credits which was fine. Today I ordered from them again and when I can to pick them up and they told me to check all of them to see if their correct which didn't bother me but what did bother me is when I was leaving they said very rudely" good now we won't be getting a phone call saying we messed up from her " and gave me a rude look the whole time, like one who says that and two you guys were the ones who messed up my order last time and I was very understanding about it so who are you to talk to me like that. Disgusting behavior from the manager and NEVER coming back here again and neither should anyone else if you want horrible service.

I’m 2 miles away in Glen Ellyn and they say they’re unable to deliver to my address. Ridiculous.
