Sandwiches gave both my wife and I GI issues. Music was so loud that it was hard to order. Older lady taking our payment yelled at me for ordering a shake when asked if we wanted anything to drink after we stood there for five minutes while she berated another employee for doing his job. She was super unprofessional and unpleasant. We won't be back because of her, the bad diarrhea just made the experience even worse.

Usually very good, but apparently closes before 4:40 on Friday afternoons.
The food was great as always. The lady behind the counter definitely had a poor attitude. I asked a question regarding soup, to which she responded with a very snarky answer. Besides that I highly recommend a nice warm soup and a sandwich.

The staff was so incredibly sweet. I work in hospitality so I love good customer service and the four people I interacted with all were kind. I asked a question of one person and when he didn’t know the answer, he referred me to someone else who could answer it. The only problem I have is not necessarily with this location but maybe the company. This company has been my fave sandwich on the go spot for years. They have definitely cut down on the toppings (meat/cheese/lettuce/mayo). This is the fourth time (not all this location) that I felt like I was just eating a piece of over priced bread with some lettuce and a hint of turkey over the last few months. Today my “sandwich” was mostly lettuce and onions on multigrain. I asked for Turkey, swiss and mayo.

My grandson had a BLTA for the 1st time today and said AMAZING! My granddaughter said her mac n cheese was delicious! Thank you so much for always providing fresh food that tastes delicious. Staff are very friendly and food made perfectly! Keep up the good work. We will be back again soon!
