It’s the perfect spot for a culinary adventure right in downtown Wheaton. The menu is a fantastic blend of global influences, and we started our meal with a showstopper: the Flaming Bourbon Cheese Dip. This theatrical appetizer was rich, smoky, and absolutely delicious. Next, the Chicken Shawarma Skewers were a revelation. The chicken was perfectly seasoned and tender, served with a zesty tahini yogurt sauce that was a great complement.
For our main courses, the Lobster Pasta was a standout, featuring large chunks of succulent lobster in a flavorful sauce that coated every bite. We also enjoyed the Vegetarian Bibimbap, a beautiful and savory bowl packed with fresh vegetables, a perfectly cooked egg, and a spicy kick from the gochujang. We couldn't leave without trying the Chili Crisp Fries, a unique side that was crispy, spicy, and addictively good.
Proof No. 5 manages to blend different cuisines in a way that feels both daring and delicious. Each dish is thoughtfully crafted, making for a memorable meal.

In a word, FANTASTIC! I honestly can't think of another restaurant that matches the quality of P/5. We got a reservation at 5:00 on a Saturday night, and while we were one of the few diners to start, the tables did fill up. The bar was off to the side but it also looked well used and beautifully designed. We are first timers here and the decor and atmosphere is incredibly welcoming and beautiful. Starting with nice, comfortable chairs and seats, and tasteful tableware and decor, we were warmly greeted by our server, Deana, who set the perfect tone from the first hello. She was very knowledgeable as we asked some specific questions, and knew specific details about all the drinks and dishes. She was impressive. As the dishes and drinks arrived, we sampled each other's choices and nothing was found to be lacking. After enjoying the abundant appetizers, we appreciated the entrées and two of us shared the Filet Medallions. After this delicious meal, we all left fully satisfied. The photos will show our dishes with names. The drinks are unique and Deana gave us wonderful suggestions all night I appreciate that while the dishes were on the larger sizes, they were not ridiculously huge, so not wasteful, just right. But sadly, we had no room for dessert. And the pricing is appropriate for the quality and quantity served. The accessibility is well planned, all the way from the front door to the restrooms. There are no barriers to stop anyone from enjoying this space. There is also outdoor seating which seems to be a good choice on a nice evening. (Tonight was too hot for us, so we chose to eat inside.) Some diners were dressed very casually, which did not fit with the vibe here. Leave your shorts and t-shirt at home, and dress for a nice but not stuffy evening. P/5 deserves to be around for a long time. I came down from WI and wish I was closer so I could come regularly. But it was absolutely worth the drive, and when I am again in the area, this will be sure to return.

Walked in on a busy Friday night. We got off the wait-list earlier than expected (good timing). Reservations recommended. Good food, great beer and drinks. While not a huge menu, it's extremely diverse. Food was good but the Tuna Crudo stole the show. Stick with Burger social for burgers when dining with BBH. Smash Burger was good, but for whatever reason the bun was a bit off that night. Fun atmosphere, definitely a date spot. Didn't have time to get dessert, but we'll be back to get that seasonal creme brulee. Shout out to Mike, fantastic waiter.

Had a great dinner here! The bao buns and bibimbap were delicious! I can’t have dairy, and the waitress, Deana, made sure to confirm with the chef for each dish, and even gave me free sorbet since the rest of my party was getting desserts! I’ll definitely be back.

The place is beautiful, but the hostess looks at you like you’re inconveniencing her by walking in. We didn’t feel particularly welcome from the get-go, but after we waited 12 minutes and no one came to serve us, we walked out - not a word from the hostess then either.
You guys gotta do better than nice decor.

The food is high quality, well presented and the menu changes enough to keep it fresh but it’s never unrecognizable. The drinks & atmosphere are the best in downtown Wheaton! They have found a tremendous balance and it’s become our “Go To” spot.

We have been here multiple times as it is the perfect date night place. You like drinks? They got what you want. Wine, whiskey, vodka, tequila, and beers. The bartenders there are massively into their craft and will be happy to steer you in the correct direction of a good drink recommendation. Food here is always top notch and they are always rotating their menu so you get fresh seasonal things all year round. I love going here and sitting at the bar. Kate always takes great care of all her patrons.

Our server, Dee(?), was amazing! Great recommendations and she anticipated all of our needs. The food was top notch, as well. Started with the flaming cheese fondue served with fresh focaccia bread. Yum! I had the Surf and Turf and my husband had the Grouper. Both were perfectly prepared and the sides were delicious. Cocktails were fantastic and their Bourbon choices were great for an after dinner pour. We finished with their blueberry cheesecake and devoured every crumb! It was our Anniversary and they even poured us a toast! We will be back!
