“What can I say about the Users Center? I am not an employee of Fermilab, but fell upon the users center one afternoon while birdwatching on their spacious and beautiful open lands. I am eternally grateful to be embraced by many diverse , funny and intelligent, (of course ) employees of Fermilab who I now call my friends. The users center is open to all but mostly frequented by residents and employees of Fermi. There is a bar run by a creative and warm welcoming bartender and a menu that offers tasty appetizers, sandwiches and a few chef prepared entrees.“

“The friendly staff and fun events are the reason I come here! It’s like Cheers where everybody knows your name. I’m a resident of Four Lakes and it didn’t feel like home until I started coming to Basecamp for Trivia on Sundays last year. I love the Dance classes with Vanda once a month and I always look forward to it. She makes it so engaging and grabbing a cocktail after is so refreshing. The southwest chicken egg rolls are my favorite and you gotta come and try the soup on a chilly day.“

“I ate at the Bavarian Lodge yesterday for lunch and was very happy with the food and service. The meals have so much food I had plenty to take home for dinner. We sat at the bar and were served by Hunter and Tyler and then went above and beyond. I am very unfamiliar with German food and they gave great recommendations and my meal was outstanding. Hunter and Tyler did a great job and made the visit perfect. There is an option in the lower left corner of the menu that let's you pick two or three entrees and sides. I thought that was the best deal to try a variety of different food. I will definitely go back.“

“All around great place! I have had thousands of chicken tenders in my time but these take the cake. These were the best chicken tenders I have ever had, the fries were crispy and good. I usually don't like Coleslaw but I love this. This place has the best waitress ever, she was so nice and always on top of everything! The atmosphere was also legit one of the best I've been in in a long time. I love this place! It was 100% worth ever cent and no joke I would take the 8 hour drive again for this place!“

“I ordered the Fungi burger, and it was easily the best burger I've had in Illinois. Our server, Paige, was amazing, and the food was insanely quick, only took 5 minutes for the burger and fries that came with it. The patty was incredible, not at all dry. The atnosphere is great, awesome decorations, and they have an outdoor seating area.“

“Up North Ale house is pub friendly atmosphere with casual dining. The menu always surprises me with variety of choices from burgers to salmon and steaks. The food is nicely presented and tastes good. I like that we can go there and eat quality food and listen to live music! There are tvs if you want to watch sports. I also noticed a lot of young families at our earlier dinner time. We have also gone with other couples to enjoy music, dinner along with the great selection of Kraft beer, cocktails and several other options. It's nice to have a neighborhood type restaurant and bar in the West Suburbs.“

“The establishment is now called Angeli's. This restaurant is located right in the heart of a beautiful golf course, I wish we had planned to eat outdoot. The owner was extremely nice and accommodating to us, adding vegetables at no charge since we are vegetarians. The pasta was cooked perfectly al dente and the vodka sauce was creamy and dreamy.“

“Went there on a Saturday night to see Scarlet Mountain. Sean M was our server and he went above and beyond to make sure we could see the band while we ate. He was accommodating to let us leave the table and come back throughout the night. He was quick with our food and quicker with our drinks. The food was amazing… Shepherds Pie and Corned Beef Bites!! I asked to speak to the manager Louis as I wanted him to know what a great time we had. He came and talked to us and let us know about all the events especially St. Paddy’s day coming up. “service was awful. wings were small and they only had half of the meat on the leg pieces. then they charge 3 dollars for the sauces. the tea tasted like it was old or going rancid. I've been there about a year ago and had a good experience. I won't be going back. the waitress got the order wrong as well. Zero stars this time around. unfortunately there won't be a next time.“
