No social distancing maintained by personal shoppers from the beginning of the pandemic, and still no social distancing. I used to go here for the majority of my grocery shopping, but now go here for produce, and the quality has has deteriorated. Staff/workers seem forlorn/disaffected. Often times there is only 1 cashier working, so it's necessary to self-checkout for overpriced groceries.

They have been great with deliveries, curbside and cleanliness during covid. Love the vegan and gluten free options!

I normally have a good experience shopping here - high quality products and very friendly and helpful staff. However the past couple of times I have shopped here I've encountered workers who are in the store to fill online shopping orders. Some of these workers are not familiar with the store or products and they basically get in your way. One worker stood in front of the prepared food case for last least 3 minutes while he studied his phone to determine what item he needed to select for an online order blocking access for anyone else. A suggestion would be to have more staff assisting these order fillers so they can get in and out of the store quicker and not cause delays for regular in-store shoppers. Another alternative could be in have store staff members fill the orders or only permit these people inside the store during certain hours. Shopping in-person during a pandemic is stressful enough without having online order fillers slowing down a shopper's experience while they figure out the products.

I used to love shopping here until the delivery shoppers took over the store. They are everywhere and don't seem to care about any "in person" customers. Maybe it is time to get a commissary for all these deliveries!

This used to be my fav Whole Foods, but during the pandemic, there's zero social distancing. They have so many shoppers for deliveries in their stores that could care less if you are there. They walk right into you in their haste to pack someone's order. You can spot them by the fact that they have no concern for your personal space or health. Primary concern is getting their cart packed. And, because this is a smaller Whole Foods, I've stopped using it pretty much. Just does not work for me. Oh, and they don't wipe off anything....never seen them wipe off a cart or the place you place groceries. By comparison, Target is OCD on Diehl Rd. That place is so clean.

I love this Whole Foods! They have so many great foods and small companies which I love to support! It is expensive but of course that is just the Whole Foods brand in general. They have a great selection of bakery items and I love the vegan chocolate cake! The vegan cookie dough cheesecake was terrible though. They have some of the best bread I have ever tried too! They slice it any way you want it. The bathrooms are so clean and the sinks look amazing and are very functional! Love how clean the place is. They have so many cheeses, sushi, pizza, a taproom, and a whole section where you can order/ grill. The hot bar is pay by the pound and I believe it is $8.99 a pound which is very expensive! The food is very good but I'm not sure it is worth $20 for a meal.

I have been a loyal Whole Foods shopper for years. I understand the service that the Amazon Personal Shoppers provide and especially during the coronavirus pandemic and thank those shoppers. We were led to believe that 1 hour before opening, seniors would be shopping with other seniors each morning, for which we were grateful. When I arrived at the store before 7:30 a.m. the shoppers we're about 80% personal shoppers. I couldn't get near dairy due to 2 confused personal shoppers. When I turned away, 1of them said that I should use their service. When I said, I understood that only seniors would be shopping at this time she looked at me like I was crazy and said "We work here!". I am disappointed in the way this was presented and will now reevaluate my shopping choice at Whole Foods.

Ok I don't even remember what these are called but I miss them SOSOSO MUCH. They don't offer them in Georgia where I've relocated but these are so delightful. I wanna say they're like açaí berry bowls with yogurt berries and bee pollen and coconut flakes. I've tried them at other places but most others lack flavor. These are amazing and I wish they offered them at all Whole Foods!

My favorite place to shop. Best Atlantic Salmon and freshest produce around. I am never disappointed. A little more expensive than your average grocery store but this is not your average store. Worth the extra 20 minute drive.

Don't get me wrong, this is my primary grocery store, but I am consistently disappointed with the lack of vegan grab and go options. The hot bar will consistently have one or no choices for vegans, and while I'm thrilled that we got vegan donuts, that's literally all of the junk food you can expect to purchase here. This leaves me frustrated every time I have to travel and want to bring something convenient with me to an airport or in my car while I drive. Or when I didn't have time to prepare a meal the night before and need something to eat for lunch at work. Seriously, Whole Foods, you're a Whole Foods. Step up to the plate and offer what nothing and nowhere else in the western suburbs will: vegan options.

Terrible customer service. Asked if they had more of an item that was out in the back and after being tossed around from person to person they said yes there was more product in back but refused to get it out.

So, I still come here occasionally for a few items I can't get elsewhere, but frankly this always-expensive store has gotten even more expensive, to the point of it being kind of silly. And with other places expanding their stock, it isn't necessary to shop at WF the way it once way (like 2 decades ago). So it'll probably be another 6 months before I am back.

I have shopped at this Whole Foods since they opened and have been very pleased for the most part, but yesterday made me really wonder about the quality control. For the first time I decided to but one of the meal kits - a ginger chicken stir fry. I had just had some oral surgery and wanted to make something easy for my husband. I purchased this on 9/21/19 and prepared it on 9/23, the date to cook by. First I found the peppers not to be crisp then the scallions had to be tossed because they were spoiled, but the worse part was the chicken thighs. Before they were even out of the wrapper, you could smell that they had spoiled. Not thinking, to get rid of the odor I ran it through the disposal - $17.00 and change down the drain. I suggest that Whole Foods find a way to keep these products more chilled. Will never by again

I am now such a fan of your lunch area and all the options your store offers. Microwave, utensils, drinks, plates, napkins, seating, loved it. I had the best ever precooked seasoned salmon and salad from the salad bar. Heavenly Shout out to a wonderful employee who was kind enough to show me around on what was offered. Thank you
