Avoid this place. Worst frozen yogurt I have had in my life. Half the flavors were unavailable. Half the ingredients are empty. Place looks run down. Fruits are either on the verge of rotting or unripe to the point its hard to eat. The yogurt tasted horrible like it was possibly expired. Very unappetizing, we ended up throwing it out after a couple bites.

Perfect place to crash out. There are zero employees. Someone could have taken a leak or licked all over the toppings and icecream nozzles.

There's a note that says if noones at the front to call for someone. There's no bell. I was yelling for 15 minutes before I realized that the employees are probably outside of the building like in their car, on the phones, or have headphones in.

No noise was heard from the back. All machines were on, lights were working. Honestly it's just free yogurt at this point.

Kinda dangerous to eat here. Good place to grief ig.

The machines were disgusting and clearly not cleaned. There was a limited selection of flavors too, there were empty spots for additional ones but there weren’t anything. The toppings were stale as well. Lost my appetite seeing it.

Love this place, yogurts were fantastic!

Absolutely filthy, broken chairs, most flavors not working, smelled like bathroom chemicals, spider webs in the corners, not swept, nothing wiped down, avoid this location.

Haven’t been there for about a year always used to like it. As soon as I walked in I was hit by a strong bathroom chemical smell. Over half the machines were not working, the yogurt was runny, the toppings all looked like they were old. NOTHING was wiped down! Tables were sticky, floor was sticky and had old dirt and dried topping on it, the trash can was covered dried yogurt. The spoons tasted like they were sprayed with Lysol. Do not go here! Honestly this place should be inspected by county.

I won’t return. Every single surface in the shop was dirty with crusted product smeared on all tables, counters and ledge. The shaker toppings were in containers that were so dirty I would not use. The front door looked like it had not been cleaned “in forever”. The fruit toppings did not look fresh. I told the attendant what I saw was not a good look for their business. Did not seem concerned.

This place used to be top notch. I’ve been coming here for the last 6+ years. Unfortunately, this time around there were many problems. Two of the fruit were old, they looked and smelled spoiled, the employee took care of it right away when I mentioned it. The place was also not clean, the area where the yogurt is, was not cleaned in a while, there’s sticky old food on the counters, sides of fridge, chairs, tables. This place needs a good clean. I don’t know if I’ll bring my family here again!

Stopped in in today to get a Smoothie. The smoothies was great. The reason I gave it 3 stars due to the fact the store was not clean, there was food on the floors and on the counter with the other toppings for the frozen yogurt.

There was only one employee working at the time I went. I waited about 3 minutes before I was helped. There was s lady that came in and wanted to order an Avid Bowl. She waited about 5 minutes before I left and the only employee was not around to help her. Good food, bad service.

Out of most flavors and toppings. Used to be one of our top places but now we avoid. Strong smell and bad consistency/taste of yogurt.

STAY AWAY! As soon as you walk in there is a strong smell of either chemicals or glad plug ins. More than half the machines were not in use, topping station for extremely disappointing and everything looks dirty. You can tell they don’t clean or wipe anything down. There is dried frozen yogurt drips on the side of the topping station. Behind the counter is all dusty and dirty. The over head screens were glitching.

The frozen yogurt it self was gross. Seems like it’s not mixed right and doesn’t match the flavor as listed.

Red mango use to be the go to place. Not this one!

Went to red mango today excited to have some frozen yogurt for the first time in a very long time. Right off the bat the store smelled extremely strong of fabuloso- which wouldn’t be a problem if it wasn’t for the rest of my issues… the vanilla yogurt was basically liquid. The topping station was extremely disappointing. All the gummies were ROCK HARD! I could chew through a few but about 99% were inedible. For my measly cup of froyo i ended up paying $8 and it was extremely unsatisfying. I am very confused how this place is still open. The handmade signs were also un professional and made the place look dirty. Don’t recommend.

We’ve visited the red mango in Naperville many times and have always had a good experience. Visited Wheaton for the first time today. First thing I noticed was a strong smell of chemicals in the store- similar to a nail salon. Outside of that, the consistency of all the frozen yogurt was very melted and liquidy and the flavors, overall, did not match their descriptions. We spent $40 on 4 cups of frozen yogurt- most of which got thrown away.

I went to red mango with a friend, when we got there and started choosing the yogurts they would come out so liquidy and it was not the consistency that frozen yogurt should be. It is also very expensive. As a college student who just wants a sweet treat, almost $7 for half a container of frozen yogurt is crazy. The options were also not great. Would not come back.
