We’ve visited the red mango in Naperville many times and have always had a good experience. Visited Wheaton for the first time today. First thing I noticed was a strong smell of chemicals in the store- similar to a nail salon. Outside of that, the consistency of all the frozen yogurt was very melted and liquidy and the flavors, overall, did not match their descriptions. We spent $40 on 4 cups of frozen yogurt- most of which got thrown away.

I went to red mango with a friend, when we got there and started choosing the yogurts they would come out so liquidy and it was not the consistency that frozen yogurt should be. It is also very expensive. As a college student who just wants a sweet treat, almost $7 for half a container of frozen yogurt is crazy. The options were also not great. Would not come back.

I’ve been to a lot of froyo places and this one just isn’t the best. Very limited number of froyo flavors and the ones they haven’t aren’t the greatest. They have good toppings but also very limited based on other froyo places I’ve been to. I’ve been here twice and I won’t be back again. The employee is very nice but this place just doesn’t fill my craving when I’m craving good froyo.

This froyo place is fronting like a bao restaurant on Uber eats. Beware. They go by “Wow Bao” and they will scam you out of a meal and waste your Uber drivers time. I received a box of food that looked like someone took a bite of food and spit in the box. Then some baos that looked like someone pulled out of a freezer and microwaved.

Terrible experience!! I waited for 20 minutes watching an employee attempt to make a tropical mango smoothie for me. He was not able to and tried to serve me a super thick product. When I asked for a refund (it was clear he wouldn’t get it right) he said they could not give me a refund or credit. They noted I could come back or get something else, but that won’t be happening. If you are getting something they have to make themselves, skip this location altogether.
