Not much else to say other than this place is an abomination. The employees have zero customer service skills and the biscuits are a poor excuse for food. Waited a half hour for biscuits- when asking the staff about the wait, I was informed the half hour wait was to accommodate a customer from 4 days ago whose order was wrong and demanded to be served before other customers. I had to explain to the employee that while it's Sunday, some of us do have to work on weekends and customers should be informed if there is a substantial backup longer than 30 minutes, especially when the establishment was not particularly busy at the time of ordering. I've been a loyal customer since the opening of sassy biscuits, but after the poor customer service and immature attitude of the cashier, I will not be back. All this to say, go next door to County Farm Bagels instead.

My biscuit didn't look like any pictures. It was not white and fluffy. Had better biscuit at a lower price.

Tried the egg/cheese and garlic aioli sauce/ GF biscuit. It was really good. It's hard to come by good GF biscuits in places, I was pleasantly surprised!

I was hoping to get a supper delicious Bacon egg and cheese biscuits but no. The order wasn’t the right one, it was just eggs and cheese. And biscuits were crumbly. I tried calling them no answer.
Staff still sleepy, didn’t greet me just told me that there was my order

The woman working the register and manager couldn't figure out how use my virtual credit card even though the restaurant accepts virtual credit cards. The manager was abrupt and unwilling to figure out how to make the card work. Not a great way to treat customers.

I think I can say I’m a Saturday regular now at Sassy Biscuits and love waking up in the morning to get my cup of coffee and my Biscuit Sandwich.
I frequent the Meat egg cheese pepper and onion but have tried the seasonal items as well. Taste is consistent and delicious. Love the hot honey and the biscuit.
Be prepared to face a line if you come during peak hours and bring a friend to conquer both lines of the locals of Wheaton.
Staff is friendly and have nice personality.
The concept is simple but well executed and wish nothing but success for the owners and operators.
Writing this while enjoying my meal and listening to the wonderful house music playing 🕺🏻

Stumbled here after waiting next door for coffee and seeing a large “biscuits” sign in Five & Hoek Coffee pointing to another section of the building.

I was not disappointed. After chatting with Edward (he’s great btw), he helped me decide on my first ever biscuit. Sausage/egg/cheese with garlic aioli sauce. Apparently every day some of the staff are in the kitchen at 4am making the biscuits which is wild.

Possibly the best breakfast biscuit I’ve ever had. They have other biscuit options like with brisket but the sauce options are an interesting touch. They also have something with hot honey and peach. I’m chopping up whatever those flavors are but it’s interesting.

Go there. Today.

Sassy’s offers delicious biscuit sandwiches, including sausage, egg & cheese! You can also order a plain biscuit with honey butter and jam (which I highly recommend with a coffee from Five and Hoek next store). ☕️

Great friendly service! Love the vibe there. Tried the biscuit sandwich, biscuits and gravy, and the biscuits and jam. Everything was delicious!
Make it sassy! Aka try the sauce.
The biscuits with ice cream are really good and fun - would be prefect if you’re celebrating a birthday! The salted caramel has a great flavor.

Five and Hoek coffee is right there - so make sure to get a cup of coffee or latte while you’re there.

My GF biscuit sandwich was an abomination to culinary arts. Gray flat biscuit with rubber eggs and crusty bacon splashed with a ton of aioli. I bought it for someone else and felt terrible when they opened it up and had to eat it. I wouldn't have eaten it. You should hire a chef that can cook or at least assemble a 4 ingredient breakfast sandwich, and hire a cashier that doesn't seem suicidal. I would never visit this place again. Country Farm Bagels is next door and will sell you a delicious breakfast sandwich with a smile on their face.

I would highly recommend!!!

I don’t get out to Wheaton often but when I do I always make a point of stopping at Sassy Biscuit and it’s connected coffeeshop Five and Hoek.

Their biscuits are super fresh, buttery, and filling! Love love love!

The flavors in their sauces —garlic, peach, bourbon—are delicious and seriously, like no other.

They have an area dedicated for kids to color. My three nieces love playing in this area while I am in line grabbing food for all of us. It’s great that they think of all their customers needs. 😍🥰
