Amazing burger place. They also vegetarian options which is very unusual thing around which attracts me to store. And their spicy jalapeno baja is the best option for vegetarian with black beans

Sandwich was put together sloppy and not what the description said it would be. When I complain for 10 where is what is suppose to be on Sandwich...the young man said I do not know..I guess I can ask the cooks.. I walked out and I will never eat there again or recommend this place!

It was our 1st time ever eating there. Not one complaint. The staff was very polite helping us decide what to try. The double bacon was fantastic.

Food over priced and when I got the wrong order no help in correcting it..never going there again..10 bucks for a double bacon cheeseburger that was not correct..wtf!! Just awful!

Great food. They make one of the best chicken sandwiches I have ever had. But it's a little slow, they could use a second staff member working out front.

I love the food, but today i went in for lunch, was standing waiting apparently where i wasn't supposed to, i saw in the back that one of the 2 cooks was not wearing a mask. When i mentioned it to the woman that appeared to be in charge, she basically called me a liar and said "i just looked back there, they are wearing masks", although i know that is not true. so , don't trust the ones in there. They apparently don't care to follow rules and the folks in charge are belligerent!

So I am new to Smashburger and have only been going for about a year. This time I went and my whole order was wrong, no big deal because it happens, it can’t be perfect every time. So I called and the manager jaron was so understanding and super awesome. I was saying it’s no big deal I just want to come later after work and get my burger. But it was a big deal to him. He made sure I was taken care of. By far one of the best manager experiences I have ever had. Smash burger def did a good job with hiring him. And if you can read this jaron you earned my business for life. Thanks man

We came in today to try out this new spot and when I was ordering all I heard was hollering from the kitchen which came to be the manger (wearing no bra) mind you and I ordered and wanted to make my fries large and the manger was called and she started screaming and when she left I told him no tomato and she got even more mad cause i didn't want tomato and the guy in the register Caleb basically tossed me my change
I have had a great experience every time I have gone there. The food is great and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. The store is clean and well kept according to CDC guidelines.
