I ordered an extra hot caramel macchiato with soy milk and not foam because it has whole milk... They delivered it to me not extra hot and with foam, unfortunately I didn't see that it had it and I took it like that. I am lactose intolerant and at the first sip I smelled whole milk, but I was already far from the store and all the streets around there are under construction and I didn't return, but if someone asks you for something customized like that you must deliver it!

walked in and heard two of the baristas groan in annoyance when me and my gf entered.😭 and then i can hear one of them say out loud “get out of here no one wants you here.” then another coworker said “did you say that to (name of another barista that worked there)?” and she said “no i’m talking about everyone else in the building.” clearly it was to everyone who was buying drinks there😭😭but it mostly bothered me when they groaned when me and gf walked in the building so yeah :p don’t know if it’ll get solved after i told one of the coworkers, but i hope they don’t act like that with everyone when it gets moderately busy in there. i would just either lower your voice when complaining about people are not say anything at all!! :3

It's very rare that I leave bad reviews, The sausage egg and cheddar sandwich I was given was practically frozen still. The barista didn't know what I meant when I said I wanted extra vanilla sweet cream in my vanilla sweet cream cold brew... There is a serious lack of training at this location.

Friendly location, good service, but for almost 10 dollars a drink, not even getting a full one is kind of sad. Didn’t realize extra espresso shots meant I’d still get a medium drink. Also that’s not cold foam…

I placed an order through Uber Eats. First they didn’t get my drink with the rest of my order to the driver. I got refunded by Uber Eats and place the order again because I’m a tired SAHM and need caffeine! This time it arrives but they didn’t put the white chocolate syrup in it. It’s a White Chocolate Mocha! The syrup is the first step!
