Came in the morning for a drink. When i walked up to the counter the barista just stared at me. No hello or What can I get you or anything just stopped there stared at me until i gave her my order. Then after that she continued to talk to the other barista who stopped making the drinks to also chat about how her coworkers left something gross where the iced coffee is in back? Then the other barista gave me my drink with no have a good day or thank you… I completely understand being frustrated with your job, but you are still in customer service and your attitude And what the customers see and hear is a huge part of it…

They consistently make the drinks wrong. And when I watch them, and ask them about it they lie right to my face. I have to stop giving them the benefit of the doubt; it happens way too often.

It was WAY too strong had to throw away once I got home because no matter how much cream/milk I added it just got worse and worse. They need to do better.
