Yesterday I ordered a latte with foam and warm and another latte without foam and very hot, they gave them to me backwards, I complained and they gave me my late with whipped cream and toppings and I hadn't asked for it like that and I complained again and the person who made them was still angry and told me that I asked for foam and whipped cream and that is impossible because I can't consume any dairy and I asked for it through the app but since I ordered several drinks she refuted that it was my mistake, so I had to show the cashier my order on the app so they would believe me and even then they told me that it didn't appear like that in their system! I love many Starbucks coffees and if I go to any location it's because I live close but a lot of the people who work there are very rude.

The food is fine but the drive thru is awful slow, I waited 25 min to grab a cup of coffee that's ridiculous. Also once you enter their parking in lot you can't leave because the parking in lot is too small so you are trapped on the drive thru lane.

Driving around the parking area and/or through the drive through can be challenging. There is just a set amount of space and many many cars that want to get through here. The inside seating areas are nice and they can fit a surprising amount of people inside.

This is my first time ordering an iced matcha from Starbucks and I was apprehensive, but I ordered it normal and it came out delicious! I asked for light ice and they did put light ice and it came filled up so I was very happy.

For the past several times I have gone to this location the drinks have been awful. Barista is not stirring mocha syrup before pouring milk in. Milk is burnt . The taste was awful. The food handling was very poor. Ex: Smashed cake pop,, under toasted cheese sandwich and an expired protein box last week. Management needs to pay better attention to what is going on in this location.
