I’ve visited this location four times in my two trips to the area. They’ve always done a superb job! The team there is upbeat and friendly!

I’m literally sitting in the parking lot of this Starbucks. I waited at the pickup area for 5 minutes waiting for lid stoppers, I cannot speak, so I was standing there waiting for someone working behind the counter to engage with me, I locked eyes with at least 4 of the workers but nobody even asked if I needed anything. I hope people with disabilities avoid this location because the workers won’t try to help in any way.

Really good customer service! I went to this Starbucks today and ordered 3 different drinks, there was a lot of cars on drive thru but I didn’t wait too long and my drinks were done when I got to window!
There was a one barista cashing everybody out and her name is Sabina, she was so nice and polite about everything and love it!
HER ACCENT WAS SO BEAUTIFUL AND I WANNA GO THERE AGAIN!

Very friendly , they greet you as soon as you come in. Also when you leave they tell you to have a nice day. I loved the comfortable arm chairs. Haven't seen these at any other Starbucks stores. Great location and group of employees.

I have not been to a Starbucks in a while. I decided to go today. I ordered a Venti, triple shot caramel macchiato. Too much foam and not even to the top of my venti cup. To make matters worse, instead of adding more milk they got lazy and just added another shot. Really bad 6 dollar cup of coffee and really bad service too boot. Very disappointing.

I visited the drive-thru late on a Saturday with my 3.5 year old in the backseat. I was super spaced out and indecisive and Chloe was so patient with us despite my daughter’s chattering in the background. The store was out of my go-to oat milk, so she helped me brainstorm some options that I might like as a replacement. When I got to the window to pay, she ended up comping the order for the “inconvenience” I was truly shocked. It was not an inconvenience for me at all but I so appreciated it. As a single and stressed out mom, her compassion truly made my night. I was not expecting that. I rarely spend the money on myself to get a treat at Starbucks. The drink was delicious. Chloe needs some recognition!!

If I ask to add something extra to my order, please in the future explain that will cost extra. I will gladly pay it, do not talk to customers as trying to lecture them on how extras should be asked before placing the order (I have not clue if that is an extra unless I am told). Very rude and unpolite for something that probably is not more than a $1, remember you are in the customer service business, not in the customer annoying business. When I buy something and the barista forgets about it -like butter for my bagel- I politely ask for it, I don't try to lecture them.
