I visited the drive-thru late on a Saturday with my 3.5 year old in the backseat. I was super spaced out and indecisive and Chloe was so patient with us despite my daughter’s chattering in the background. The store was out of my go-to oat milk, so she helped me brainstorm some options that I might like as a replacement. When I got to the window to pay, she ended up comping the order for the “inconvenience” I was truly shocked. It was not an inconvenience for me at all but I so appreciated it. As a single and stressed out mom, her compassion truly made my night. I was not expecting that. I rarely spend the money on myself to get a treat at Starbucks. The drink was delicious. Chloe needs some recognition!!

If I ask to add something extra to my order, please in the future explain that will cost extra. I will gladly pay it, do not talk to customers as trying to lecture them on how extras should be asked before placing the order (I have not clue if that is an extra unless I am told). Very rude and unpolite for something that probably is not more than a $1, remember you are in the customer service business, not in the customer annoying business. When I buy something and the barista forgets about it -like butter for my bagel- I politely ask for it, I don't try to lecture them.

Stopped by to grab some coffee and after carefully navigating the parking lot, (it was a little confusing which parking lot led to which store), but I made it inside. The store seemed very clean and organized. There was some seating available inside. The staff greeted me when I got there and my drink was made in a good amount of time. I would stop by again if I was in the area.
Great attention to detail and we’re patient with specific requests. Not to mention delicious!

Peter in the drive through is very handsy and hangs out the drive-through window making me very uncomfortable and it wasn’t only me it was also a few of my coworkers that had the same experience. Makes my coworkers and I very uncomfortable and we have stopped going to this location because of it.
Staff is so friendly! Chloe is great and she always gives positive vibes.

They are in a busy intersection so I don’t blame them for always being busy. Putting that on the side, they’re employees are respectful, friendly, it’s been super clean. Even if I have to wait a little bit because they are always busy, their staff is what keeps me coming back

They changed seating and the seats are full. There are only 5 places to sit which are often occupied. Bring seating arrangement so people can sit down.
