Very friendly , they greet you as soon as you come in. Also when you leave they tell you to have a nice day. I loved the comfortable arm chairs. Haven't seen these at any other Starbucks stores. Great location and group of employees.
I visited the drive-thru late on a Saturday with my 3.5 year old in the backseat. I was super spaced out and indecisive and Chloe was so patient with us despite my daughter’s chattering in the background. The store was out of my go-to oat milk, so she helped me brainstorm some options that I might like as a replacement. When I got to the window to pay, she ended up comping the order for the “inconvenience” I was truly shocked. It was not an inconvenience for me at all but...
