The food was perfect. The wide array of sauces were ridiculously delicious. Only complaint I would have is I wish it was bigger. Only a few dine in seats so you're better off just going for take out.

Some of the best BBq I have had. Wings were smoked then flash fried for a nice crunchy skin. The sausage was outstanding. Beans were decked out. Even the dessert was delicious. Eating area dose the job but big party may be spread out.
Excellent service, the food is delicious and I received details for my birthday Recommended.

Update 12-19-2025 - I swing by Steamboat every time I'm in the area. Typically I'll order bacon (my personal favorite). Well tonight they had candied bacon and wow absolutely incredible. I'm going to ask for this every time I visit until they make it a permenant menu item. Highly recommend.
Previous review - After eating here dozens of times over the past year I can confirm my original 5star review. My new favorite is the burnt ends sandwich, highly recommended.

I was born and raised in Memphis, famous for its pulled-pork BBQ. Steamboat is one of the few places I've been that captures that flavor I remember from childhood -- of Memphis melt-in-your-mouth pulled-pork BBQ. Highly recommended!

The burnt ends and ribs tips are so good. Go early in the day so you don't get the scraps.. I went a hour before they closed on a different night and I was so disappointed with my rib tips and portion of burnt ends. I went during lunch time and the food was top tier. For sides, the baked beans and potato salad were so delicious.
