Beer i ordered from bar was warm, service was painfully slow and forgot one of the drinks. (No they were not busy, theater we were in was at 1/3 capacity) Ordered another beer and did not get what I ordered, 10 minutes later they tried to give me the beer I ordered. Ordered dessert for my granddaughter 3 times (they admitted first 2 orders weren't put in) Atmosphere is nice, but service needs to get better.

I do want to leave a review regarding my experience. Last week I saw the lord of the rings (third) movie of the series. There was a family of 5 with two very young children. It was very distracting throughout half the movie. I decided to let the manager know which did help a bit and he did talk to them but they are young kids. Still talking and up and down in their seats. Everyone else was quiet. They were a couple seats from me. It deterred from my experience. Very disrespectful and distracting. Aside from that- it is pg 13. If I was their mother, I’d be very not okay with this since there is a lot of intense violence throughout the whole movie. A person strangling someone in the beginning and one of the kids made a comment. I’m horrified. I was about to see the first movie tonight but I saw there are 5 seats taken and I do not know if that is them. Due to this experience, you do lose customers that way. It is a pg 13 movie for a reason (not pg/g like zootopia). Please leave your young kids at home for movies like this. You ruin others experience. It’s very disrespectful to others. And it’s not good for the business. It’s unfortunate because it does take away from the great servers, management, team, food and chairs. A little pricey but what isn’t nowadays.

Honestly this place is really good. The food is pricey but good. It's always clean. Everyone is friendly. I have to give it 3 because of the seats. I love full heated recliners and this place needs them to compete with other choices in the area.

It’s really the best theater in the area in regards to cleanliness. That being said the food is overpriced and only okay, our potato skins seemed pretty burnt, maybe they thought we wouldn’t notice, but we did taste it, and we had to ask for our drinks (just pop) 3x. We finally got our drinks after our meal was finished, and the waiter was kind enough to say he would take them off the bill. Needless to say we got the bill and were charged for the drinks…we got it rectified but either the kids serving think we wouldn’t notice because it’s dark, or they’re just not trained well enough to remember to bring out drinks with food, and provide said discounts. Weird experience but again it’s the only clean theater around.

Nice theater, mid food, high prices. Staff is very friendly and attentive. Their food is ok, definitely not worth the price they charge. If you are short some seats make it hard to see.
I brought my family here for the first time to see Superman (2025). Showtime was 12:00pm, we arrived at 11:50am. We had assigned seats so didn’t arrive super early. I later saw on their website that they request you arrive 20 minutes early. If that’s the case, they should list the showtime at 11:40. I don’t see how anyone could know to arrive early otherwise.
We are a family of four (two adults, two teenagers). We ordered three entrees (my elder son had a big breakfast so didn’t eat), popcorn, two fountain drinks, a glass of water, and one bar cocktail. The theater wasn’t crowded. After 40 minutes for our food was delivered along with the bar drink. We continued to wait patiently for the other drinks and popcorn, but they didn’t arrive. My husband had to push the call button for the waitress. Then we were finally given the rest of the drinks and the popcorn. I looked at my watch. By this time it was 12:53pm. My son who wasn’t eating only asked for a water. This means it took over an hour for him just to get a drink of water.
We didn’t get an apology. Our bill wasn’t comped at all. We paid over $100 just in food and drinks. This doesn’t include the cost of the movie tickets. For the price we paid, I would expect better service. We won’t be back.

This theater is nice. But the lack of service of food is not good. We never saw our server. It took a third server for me to ask for our appetizer to finally come out. I also had no idea there's already 18% gratuity already. They tell you the gratuity before you give them the card. Probably will be last time I will take my girlfriend to this theater.

Horrible experience for the money. Camera projection was too dark making it difficult to watch the movie plus now advertisements and show previews making it intolerably long before the actual movie started. The workers are wonderful and the place clean but I will go elsewhere for movies.i
