They never let me use any coupons,
There's an Indian dude that bullies a Mexican worker, and its not playful. He picked on him during his break. when there are customers present, this is unfair to him and should be health with consequences. Please Subway, do something.

Me and my husband always prefer this Subway Store because of the veggies being super fresh here. I always get Veggie Delight 6” which is delicious.
The staff is super nice and warm specially Lokesh. He always makes great Subs. Service is always awesome.
The ambiance is ok. The store is clean and organized. There are plenty of parking spots outside the store.

I placed 2 orders at the same time because I was paying with 2 different cards. I get to the store and they claim they only got 1 order. I showed both workers my subway app showing I had 2 active orders for the location and I was already charged for both orders. They both agreed that they saw the orders on my app and agreed that I paid for it. The lady refused to give me the 2nd sandwich I paid for at first because they claim to have never gotten my order even with me showing the proof. She eventually made me the sandwich after almost 5 minutes of back and forth. Almost 2 hours after I left the store called asking me to order and pay for another sandwich because they still didn’t receive the second order. I told them the money was taken out of my bank and restated that they personally saw my orders on my phone in person. I am confused why the store called me 2 hours later trying to argue with me once again and ask me to pay for a third sandwich after I already paid for 2 and they saw my proof of payment and my order. I found it very rude they were basically accusing me of lying when it was clearly an app/order issue on subways part and had nothing to do with me, Even after seeing the physical proof of my order and payment. I would come here at least once a week and never had any issues until today.

They no longer chop the salad. Also I wasn't offered any dressing for my salad and only given a fork, no knife.

They accept coupons. There tuna is fresh, the vegetables and bread are fresh compared to other places and there’s enough of everything, yay I found me a good subway place to go to from now when I’m in the area.

A piece of plastic came out, I was choking and they said it was from the banana pepper.
Are there new owners here? This location had been terrific, for years. Recently, in my opinion, it had fallen off considerably. There is zero life in these people. They have really cut back on the quantity of ingredients put on a sandwich, especially the toppings. Laughable. A foot long with 4 thin strings of green pepper and 6 olive slices are useless. They are happy to load up on lettuce and tomato though, if that's your thing.The one constant? Felix. Best sandwich maker I've had anywhere. He is the only person here who knows how to do anything, but they seem to have him doing random tasks versus doing what he does best. I hope he gets to be somewhere he is appreciated. It's not with these people. Thank you for years of great sandwiches, Felix.For me though, three straight poor visits is enough. I'm done.

I have the same order every time I go in, so if Miguel is behind the counter and sees me pull up, he has 1/2 my sandwich already made before I can get to the window. He's the man, and I appreciate the incredible service from both he and Felix. They are the rock stars of this location. I hope the management appreciates them, because I sure do!
I’ve come here twice so far, and both times Felix has been working. And he is amazing at what he does. He’s fast and efficient, and very nice! I’ve never seen a subway worker make sandwiches as fast as him. He’s an artist if I may say so myself!
