We are semi-regulars of Burger Social, and typically love and recommend the restaurant, but today the service was exceptionally slow, and after waiting an unusually long time for the food to come out, it was all cold. The side of Mac n cheese was one solidified brick with no heat left. The shrimp tacos were room temperature with too much topping, not enough shrimp. We usually love The Burger Social but tonight the beers were served flat - with zero carbonation/beer gas, and the poor bartender upstairs was so swamped he didn’t have time to care. We went downstairs & got the same beer from the bar & it was several shades lighter with some head, nothing like what we were just served upstairs. The food and cocktails are great. Service A+, The manager Mike knows his bourbon. On top of all that, I left my Mawi Jim sunglasses there on Saturday and they put them aside for me. 💯
