We hosted our wedding rehearsal dinner at Burger Social and it was a fantastic experience. We rented out the upstairs patio and it was absolutely gorgeous. Tables were set up for all of our guests and we ordered food from the catering menu. The food was delicious and kept coming as people were eating, and the service was excellent. Mike and Andy were so wonderful and easy to work with and made sure we had the best experience. Would definitely host another event here again.

Everything we ate was good. Burger's were unique and tasty. The fries tasted fresh (not frozen). The onion rings were some of the best I have ever had. I'll definitely be going back.

I hosted my engagement party on the enclosed rooftop 10-17 and it was AMAZING! Jake was our server for a party of 40 and did a great job, he also helped us set up which was awesome. Mike the district manager was very easy to work with. Good food and good drinks :) highly recommend hosting a party here

Came up from Fort Lauderdale, Florida to Wheaton College to visit our son and he ALWAYS wants to come to The Burger Social, and I can see why. Word to the wise! Get on the waiting list before going over because it is super busy here but it's well worth the wait. The food is exceptional the atmosphere is under a huge white tent with several surrounding restaurants and it's the best! There're kids, dogs, lots of people lots enjoying family time enjoying good food and fellowship. If you're in the area give them a try!!!

We go to Burger Social regularly. With celiac I usually just skip the bun. I was impressed when my server knew all the things to leave off for me and then suggested a gluten free bun. I was excited to try the bun and enjoyed it until I saw I was charged $2 extra for it. No one else is charged extra for a bun, why was I just because I can’t eat gluten.
It’s not my fault I can’t eat the normal bun, it doesn’t seem right that I would be charged extra for a bun I can eat when no one else is charged for a bun on their burger. Maybe next time I’ll ask for no bun and get a $2 discount. That seems logical, since I’m saving them a bun.

I've been here twice so far and each time the burgers didn't disappoint! This place is exactly as advertised, a place to get a good burger and socialize with friends. Both times the service was great. The wait staff is super friendly and energetic! I would recommend The Burger Social to anyone looking for a consistently good burger served in an upbeat and positive atmosphere.

I ordered the bison bleu burger. First of all, it's very difficult to cook bison well. Mine was a perfect medium (to spec) and flavorful to boot. Highly recommend if you are in downtown Wheaton. Plenty of seating both in/outside.

This place has is really great restaurant to eat,drink and be social.
We are semi-regulars of Burger Social, and typically love and recommend the restaurant, but today the service was exceptionally slow, and after waiting an unusually long time for the food to come out, it was all cold. The side of Mac n cheese was one solidified brick with no heat left. The shrimp tacos were room temperature with too much topping, not enough shrimp. And my husbands shrimp burger was room temperature served with another side of cold Mac n cheese. The waiter was scarce, and there were a couple of empty tables next to us, and it seemed like the outside tables were receiving more attention than the indoor patrons. I won’t write the place off completely, but it will be a while before we go back.

Myself and about 12 others went there at 11:30 on a weekday. They were able to seat all of us together on the roof top within 10 minutes. I got the patty melt on advice from our server. LOVED IT!!! Will go there again!

My husband, son and I came in midday today. We usually love burger social, but today we were disappointed. When we first sat down, we put in an order of chicken fingers and fries from the kids menu for our son (which having worked in the restaurant industry for many years, I don’t think is an unusual request from parents). A little while later (after signaling to our server who was rolling silverware), my husband and I ordered drinks and a couple of appetizers. Our food came out shortly after we ordered, but there was no sign of the chicken fingers and fries we put in for my son when we first sat down. When his meal finally came out, the chicken fingers were all dried up and looked like they were old - maybe from yesterday. They tasted as I described. While my husband and I enjoyed our apps, we were extremely disappointed by the chicken fingers. And overall, the service was meh. I’m not usually one to complain - but feel like this feedback is important for this establishment.
