Myself and about 12 others went there at 11:30 on a weekday. They were able to seat all of us together on the roof top within 10 minutes. I got the patty melt on advice from our server. LOVED IT!!! Will go there again!

My husband, son and I came in midday today. We usually love burger social, but today we were disappointed. When we first sat down, we put in an order of chicken fingers and fries from the kids menu for our son (which having worked in the restaurant industry for many years, I don’t think is an unusual request from parents). A little while later (after signaling to our server who was rolling silverware), my husband and I ordered drinks and a couple of appetizers. Our food came out shortly after we ordered, but there was no sign of the chicken fingers and fries we put in for my son when we first sat down. When his meal finally came out, the chicken fingers were all dried up and looked like they were old - maybe from yesterday. They tasted as I described. While my husband and I enjoyed our apps, we were extremely disappointed by the chicken fingers. And overall, the service was meh. I’m not usually one to complain - but feel like this feedback is important for this establishment.

September 24 - still a favourite spot for us, the bars especially provide a rare place for adults in Wheaton to have a (sometimes) quiet drink.
The monthly specials are great, both the drinks and the food. They always have a lot of thought put into them and usually add a charitable donation.
The staff are always on the ball, food fairly flies out of the busy kitchen and prices are about right.
Update March '22 - still great! Pita burger was really good. Restaurant and bar are busy and thriving.
Fun and busy spot! Bring an appetite as the portions are both delicious AND enormous. Great selection of Chicagoland beers on tap.

We don’t come to downtown Wheaton often but I wanted to try the burgers here. We came on a Wednesday night, we sat at the bar upstairs since they didn’t have any tables open. It was a little weird since we saw open tables upstairs for the whole time we were there. That’s okay because the bartenders were great and attentive. The burgers do take some time, so if you’re starving you’ll need an appetizer. We ordered the naan burger with truffle fries and the shrimp burger with macaroni and cheese. Prices were fair for the portions received.
-naan burger with truffle fries 4.5 - lamb was cooked well. It practically melted in my mouth, great texture. Truffle fries had a strong truffle flavor which is what I wanted. Fries were crispy not soggy. -shrimp burger with macaroni and cheese 3.5 - I wished there was more shrimp taste, it was okay. Not something I would order again. The macaroni and cheese however made up for the lack of disappointment. It was cheesy and the noodles were soft.

This is our 3rd visit and unfortunately it was disappointing. The atmosphere was nice and the waitress was very good, but the food was very poor. My burger was over cooked. The bun was almost burnt. This caused all flavor to be missing. Could not even taste the sauce. My wife had chicken tacos and the chicken was dried out. So, half way through she had enough and gave up on the last taco. My daughter had the chicken tenders with fries. The chicken too was dried out and the fries were far too salty. It is really disappointing to pay good money for sub par food. This is the 3rd time we went and will be the last…. At least for a while. Hope Burger Social turns that around because everything else was fine. (Except the food).

Alright, the fries were crispy! I love it, some were harder than others but was still able to chew which was a new experience. I ordered the Philly burger and did not expect the sourdough bread to be flat. When I took a bite on God I almost moaned. Especially with the barbacoa burger my fiancée ordered. It will definitely get you full. The drinks are very good; I highly suggest the surprise me mule and the sangria. The only thing I hated was NOT ordering the wings. They looked SO GOOD, so I am definitely going back to try their wings, they did not look dry at all, so I'll update if anything.
Wagu beef burgers were delicious. I like the open air doors. Quiet atmosphere. Lots of big screen TVs. Our service was great! Reasonably priced .

Really like the vibe in this place. Great for a quick bite or a drink. We sat at the bar. The service was ok. My friend and I are servers. We were given our food and still had no silverware. I had to get it myself at the hostess stand. Food was decent.
