My fricking açaí bowl is frozen like rock solid from the freezer and when I confronted them they told me to wait for it to melt 😭😭 would never get an açaí bowl here ever again.

This location was a bit disappointing. I dined in and noticed staff members do not greet customers - they just ask what they want at the register. They forgot my fork and my water I asked for, and didn’t ring up my cookie. My wrap was mushy and didn’t taste as good as it normally does (way too much dressing).

I ordered an acai bowl with Nutella and after waiting for 15 min was told they don't have acai but they could make different one which was cheaper so I paid extra for something I didn't want. Next week I ordered again same thing for a pick up and later discovered they forgot to put Nutella. Not going back. 😪
Love tropical smoothie but was really disappointed. Staff was rude and not friendly at all. And the bathrooms were so gross and dirty. Not sure what’s going on here but not happy

Love this place! First time at this location and ordered a mango magic via the app. Picked it up in store and upon drinking it, found pieces of shredded plastic in the drink . Only drank it long enough to find two separate pieces of plastic. How disgusting. Called the establishment and they stated “ don’t know what that could be”. 🤔 waiting to hear back and they offered a refund for my consumption of plastic. You guys need to be more careful!
