I ordered an acai bowl with Nutella and after waiting for 15 min was told they don't have acai but they could make different one which was cheaper so I paid extra for something I didn't want. Next week I ordered again same thing for a pick up and later discovered they forgot to put Nutella. Not going back. 😪

Love this place! First time at this location and ordered a mango magic via the app. Picked it up in store and upon drinking it, found pieces of shredded plastic in the drink . Only drank it long enough to find two separate pieces of plastic. How disgusting. Called the establishment and they stated “ don’t know what that could be”. 🤔 waiting to hear back and they offered a refund for my consumption of plastic. You guys need to be more careful!

I’ve gone to this location twice both times I’ve had issues first time being I paid for extra peanut butter x2 and literally received none !! The other worker had to watch me dig my spoon and show him since the female worker there literally had the audacity to yell from the back that she did put peanut butter he literally looked at me and said sorry! Which was fine whatever today I go in and and ask for a açaí bowl with a special request like I always say to put the peanut butter on top of the açaí since it will stick to the lid and not to the toppings well again I pay for extra peanut butter and give her my code for the rewards since I can get a single free topping with 200 points this girl scans it and messes up my order goes to the back to tell who ever was there not to make the bowl because she made a mistake I still have not given her payment for the bowl when she comes back to re type my order she scans my QR code for the free topping which says error because it’s been used already and she tells me she can’t do anything about that because it’s for smoothies not açaí bowls WHEN SHE LITERALLY TOOK MY LAST ORDER AND SHE SCANNED THE QR AND SAW IT GO THROUGH!! At this point in irritated and just pay i literally check infront of the bar my bowl to make sure it’s exactly how I want it and do you know that this girl looks me in my eyes and up and down like I did something to her ?? Or she took that I doubted she put peanut butter in my bowl and felt some type of way like who hired this girl!? My bowl sucked !! And she gave me brown bananas so many bad reviews and these girls are still there working !
