I heard they are under new ownership and I have to say that this 7-Eleven is the cleanest, and well-stocked 7-Eleven I’ve been to. They also just renovated and it shows. So glad I have this location close to home. I’m all about the coffee, Big Gulp, and Slurpees. For the Slurpee I was blown away at how many different flavors they have! There is a reason why I keep coming back. The only criticism I would have is that they need to fix their gas signage to ensure they are the most up to date pricing. Other than that! Highly recommend!

I recently went to the 7/11 in wheeling and me and friends got food but the next day we got food poising from the nachos we got and we confirmed that the ingredients were expired and unedible this is a nightmare for anything getting food there the food is not fresh they claim to say it’s fresh but it’s not. Anything past the danger zone which is 4 hours passed is considered no good I will be reporting this incident to the HR you guys need to stop selling expired food please and thank you

Be careful!! to this store and purchase items honestly im soo upset how i came in to buy a gas tank for my bbq and when i checked it , it was empty to begin with i tried going back to exchange it and they didn’t wanted to now they kept my money and have a close eye because clearly the person who is running the store dont care and especially because that person never offert a receipt to keep as proof now i have to wait til the manager comes in but definitely go to other stores so u dont get scammed!whoever was there i hope u get karma

I love this station and it's super convenient to get in and out and on your way. The property and store are always very clean and well taken care of. The staff is friendly, helpful, and knows what they are doing. Everything is awesome and I'd otherwise give this location 5 stars but for whatever reason they don't allow you to use the 7-Eleven app to pay for gas at the pump, even though it is a 7-Eleven co-branded property with ExxonMobil. You can use your ExxonMobil app to pay at the pump, and you can use your 7-Eleven app to pay in the store, but there isn't any crossover which can be frustrating. Please keep up the great work but please also make the tech connections to allow either app to process transactions at both points of sale! ??

The lady who works morning shifts every weekday, shes in her late 50's probably, wears a ponytail , blond hair and white with classes is the most racist person ive ever met. I dont even know why 7/11 still has her working here. She lacks respect and customer service of all kind! I went in there and i am very much OVER 21 but didnt want to scan my ID? I went to walgreens and the lady told me shes gotten similar complains from that 7/11 with the same description so I think she does this a lot! ( I did end up being able to buy my blunt at walgreens with the same exact ID )

So happy to call this my usual morning stop. I'll get a extra large cup of exclusive coffee and they have a variety of RXBARs that I love. I've also found myself late nights coming back for a Slurpee and some ice cream after dinner. The staff is always nice at this location and keeps me wanting to come back. They also have Frozen Pizza if you are feeling hangry and don't know what to eat late night.

The lady that works the front counter makes me feel uncomfortable because she was profiling me. She doesn't take a hard look at anyone else BUT me. I recommend avoiding this gas station/7eleven

Michelle is an awesome 7-Eleven team member! She's courteous, professional and very sweet. She is always ready to take care of the customer. I hope she stays at the store for a long time to come. Thank you for great customer service, Michelle!

I am reviewing this store a 1 but would rate in the negative 100% down right bad for customer service and it's not even the store it's mainly one emoyee who is first off obnoxious disrespectful and plain ignorant to customers and unprofessional and should not be working in the customer service field. Laura is disrespectful and unprofessional and complains about her job everything I go there. She even had to close the store I believe for power outage and plastered go away store closed not come back all over the door instead if just stating store closed due to.power. Yes it does get busy there but there is no reason to lash out on customers. She also lashed out on my son and harassed him for a mistake she made. The only good thing about that store is having Desiray around when she's on her shift there. She's very helpful and kind and greets her customers. I ha e gone several times so this review is for several occasions on that one single bad employee who should be gone and would be better off with hiring another person. I hope.management take this serious and really does something about Laura because it didn't surprise Desiray I spoke about what happened Toni's and said several customers have complained about her actions and attitude and threats to other customers including my son.

I went to this 7/11 yesterday with my friend who just moved to the states only had a passport and the employee refused to sell him tobacco . by law, they must accept a passport, but they did not.Too bad
