Service was not always around. They didn't clear plates when we were done with dishes. It seemed rushed to order as they came and asked us for our drinks at the same time as asking for our main order.

First off love Benihana! Always had good food and good service. Not so much this time. We waited 25 minutes longer than our reservation and the food was just okay. Not seasoned as it usually is. I am just going to say this was an off night.

The woman at the check in was cold as ice. I would assume she is the manager everyone we interacted w did not like being there . Normally Benihana’s is a fun experience this location. Not so much! Bathrooms even dirty.
