Buca di Beppo Italian Restaurant

We just had a 80th birthday party for my mom and it could not have gone better! From working with the managers, Mercedes and Cassandra to the wait staff, Megan and Eli was fabulous! Cassandra and Mercedes were so won to work with and answered all my questions ! MEGAN and Eli were so accommodating and funny and just provided excellent service! And that Brownie Sunday Birthday presentation was amazing! Loved the. White sangria too! Thank you Buca! Job well done !

Food was very good. Appetizer trio's shrimp was spicy and delicious. Stuffed shells and chicken rolls were appetizing. Service from host yo manager and server were very attentive to needs and requests.

Wonderful service and such a caring staff. We had a large party and they had a great variety of food out on our table right away. So friendly and accommodating!

We had a family dinner here on Sunday to celebrate our kiddos' sporting achievements. Meghan was our waitress and we could not have been happier with her service and our experience. She is very knowledgeable, quick, helpful, and kind. Our food was excellent (and my mother in law is from Italy). We got the pizza, meatballs, and a few kid's dishes. It was great and we cannot wait to come back!

The environment is absolutely perfect end to a romantic night out. Our server, Megan, was absolutely phenomenal! She went out of her way to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted, wonderful demeanor and energy! Awesome Service! Will be coming again! :)

This was our first time eating in at this restaurant. We've ordered takeout before. Hostess greeted cheerfully us and brought us to our table. The waiter tried to get our order almost as soon as we sat down. He seemed annoyed when we didn't know right away. Once we ordered, I don't think we saw him again until halfway through our meal (somebody else brought our food). We waited a long time for a dessert menu, then longer to actually order dessert. It was frustrating because it wasn't that busy and I saw other waiters being much more attentive to their tables around us. Once finished with dessert, we waited almost 20 minutes just to get the check. Again, our waiter was nowhere to be found. Finally paid the check and left. Food was decent, although chicken limone was really small for the price. Not a good experience. I was really looking forward to dining in since we've ordered takeout several times and it was always a good. I don't think we'll be back.

We ordered green beans and chicken saltimbocca to share. it was listed as enough for 3 - I'd agree with that, although we are not big eaters. There were 3 half breasts of chicken in the entree. The food tasted good, but not the best we'd ever had. For dessert we shared the cannolis - filled with chocolate chip cream - those were delicious and the best cannolis we'd ever had! Service was ok.

We had a great time celebrating our friend Christopher’s graduation! Megan was a phenomenal server and was very attentive and welcoming to our party. Thanks for the amazing service!

Food is not flavorful. This is the second time I have come to this location and tried different entrees. The restaurant is clean, eclectic and the service is great but the food is bland Italian. Mediocre food that I feel can be prepared at home. Food was not appealing enough to come back.

First time here, it's family style. For 3 of us small portions it was still alot of food. We had left overs for dinner the next night. Loved the pizza and ravioli. While I thought the meatball was good, it was too much with everything else. Next time i will stick to main dishes and pizza. And unless a big group don't waste it on the garlic bread, much better things to fill up on. Definitely will go back but next time taking more people so I can try more items.

Kid-friendliness: Kid menu, drinks with lid, easy to just get noodles and butter

Amazing food! Went the first weekend of May and was so happy we chose this place. Our server Jose was top notch, explained the menu to us and took great care of us! Food was delicious. Can’t wait to go back. Thanks Jose!

Always excellent food and service. I have been going to Bucas for over 20 years. It is time to update/remodel the men's room, though. The appearance tells a lot about the priorities of a business.

The service was absolutely wonderful. It's been a while since we've been to Buca di Beppo, and our server explained and recommended portion sizes for our group. She checked on us numerous times and kept our drinks filled. Overall, it was a great experience with great food, we will definitely be back!!

Service was rushed. A server (not our table server) came to our table and said “good news the kitchen is open until 9 but we are out of the chicken parmigiana you ordered and I will bring you back menus.” A few minutes later our server came with chicken parmigiana. Then about 30 minutes later this same random server says “you want dessert the kitchen is closing soon.” I spoke with the manager who said she was sorry and they were understaffed. Not a good dining experience.

Service was disappointing. Didn't mind that our seating for Mother's Day was delayed because we were able to wait in the bar. While waiting not one of the staff asked if we wanted drinks. I didn't even have the opportunity to ask as we were being ignored. Once seated it took a long time to get drinks and food and we waited quite a long time to get a check and for the check to get processed. Work hard for the money and at a minimum would appreciate good service which we did not get on Mother's Day- dissatisfying experience.
