Today I ordered at Burger King through the app, where it says adding tomatoes is free. However, at the counter, I was charged extra for them. I feel deceived. Either the staff is unaware of the policy, or there is an issue with the system. Please look into this and make sure the prices match the information in the app.

Usually I come here and there’s never an issue. It’s usually two ladies that don’t speak English that get the orders right and not wait long. Today this younger woman almost gave me the wrong order and made me wait longer than usual and didn’t give me a straw. I asked for katchup and she said you need extra when she didn’t give me any at all in the first place. Get it together because there’s people out there older that don’t even speak English and can do a better job.

Just started work in the area and I love whoppers. I ordered an double whopper with no pickles and extra ketchup for lunch . I received an old barely warm double whopper. I could taste the pickles they took off an already made whopper and it barely had any ketchup. They ruin my day after waiting all day to eat. I only ate it cause I paid for it and was hungry. Never will I be back, rather wait for the one by my house that makes the orders freshly hot and the way I love it. No wonder the order was ready by the time I got to pay. Now if this happens again I will open the bag 1st before driving off.

Your average burger king....food was maid to order...nice and hot. Plenty of parking. The biggest plus is that it's open 24 hours....the dining room and the drive-thru as well.
Literally the worst fast food location I've ever visited. They are so slow. I get it I understand what it's like to work in service but why does it take them 5 to 10 minutes between each car? They weren't even busy. God forbid you actually order anything complicated. They always mess something up or forget things. They need to train people better or get employees that can help non english speaking employees when they don't understand things. Don't go here if you're in a rush because you're bound to spend atleast a half hour waiting for one thing.
