I ordered some nachos the meat wasn’t fresh it seemed like the meat was sitting in their stove and tomatoes were as well it just wasn’t fresh…… their salsa lack taste . I ask for hot salsa and they brought me salsa de árbol which usually is hot but it wasn’t …… I notice this place caters to Gringos a lot because most customers were gringos when I was there which is fine . Do your thing ….. I’m good with it. So then I ordered grilled jalapeños and they still weren’t hot. They got to look out for Mexicans.

I went to Casa Chapala's Grill on a Tuesday to check out their $1 tacos, and even as a vegetarian, I was pleasantly surprised! The veggie tacos were so flavorful and filling, while my friends raved about their shrimp and steak tacos. The place was super busy, which shows how popular Taco Tuesday is, but the service was still fast and friendly.
The ambiance is kind of a mix—it's not exactly a fancy restaurant, more like a casual spot where you can either grab something quick or sit down for a meal. They even have a drive-thru, which is super convenient. When you dine in, they serve complimentary chips and salsa, and the salsas were delicious with a perfect spicy kick.
I also got the veggie burrito, and it was amazing! Packed with fresh veggies, beans, rice, and guac—it was super filling and flavorful. Definitely one of my favorites!
I’ll definitely be back, especially for those $1 tacos. If you’re looking for a quick, casual spot with great food, I highly recommend Casa Chapala's Grill!

Went during Taco Tuesday special, where most tacos on their menu are $1 each. Tried a variety of tacos, all of which were quite delicious. Furthermore, service was extremely quick despite the large crowds of people at the restaurant at the time I went. There is both outside and inside seating, as well as a drive through option. Would definitely recommend going to this restaurant during their taco Tuesday special. One note: this restaurant accepts cash only, so do keep that in mind when attending.
The food was great and the $1 taco deal has always been an amazing deal on Tuesdays. However I specifically ordered a side of guacamole and realized they charged me for a full appetizer at the end. Even after the server admitted it was her error, the owner’s argument to me was that “I ate it” so I should pay for the appetizer. While they still reimbursed me for the item, the process was met with several staff members stating to the owner “he ate it” in Spanish assuming that I didn’t speak Spanish fluently and understood what they were saying as a criticism towards a customer. How is a customer supposed to know what size your food items are and what prevents this from happening in the future to others? Why would a customer ever question what item was brought to the table? This kinds of error should not be on the uninformed customer whatsoever. The servers of this place have always been amazing and friendly, I was deeply disappointed at how the owners would not admit their mistake. I ended up tipping the server all the money marked on the bill because I appreciated her honesty, I just hope the owners actually gave her the tip. This poor review is solely for the attitude that the owner/manager gave me during their admitted mistake.

And why are the tacos so skimpy? I was really happy with them before.. but what's this? I should've gone to El famous.

This place has the worst service, The waitresses are very slow in attending the guest, they don’t bring the customers any water you have to ask for it, and they only bring water for those who ask for it not to all the guests who are sitting at the table, the food was burnt, it took forever to get the check, and to pay for it, for no reason, cause the restaurant wasn’t even busy. There were about 3 tables that had 2 customers. Very horrible experience, I do not recommend this place at all?,

I’d been hearing great things about their tacos and the $1 taco Tuesdays, so we decided to give them a try. Barely any meat on the tacos, the pork carnitas were all fatty and they charged extra for cheese. Have never heard of extra for cheese on a taco!I guess one can’t complain for only a $1 per taco - wonder if they’re better quality on fullpriced days. This wasn’t even the worst part - the employees in the drive through were so incredibly rude and snotty. No hello, how can I help you or thank you, when you leave. Just thrust the order in your face and slam the window shut. It wasn’t even busy - there were only 2 cars in line. Won’t be patronizing this establishment again. Sorry!

Went in for Taco Tuesday, I specifically asked the waitress “if all tacos were $1” she said yes except Barbacoa, (which makes sense)My husband and I ordered and ate , and ordered some additional ones for our daughters,I told the waitress, I would pay cash for tacos,& everything else it would be under my spouses card, after reviewing the bill they had over charge us for tacos on his card, I kindly explained the waitress, she was very confused as well so another lady came over & explained “Not all tacos are a dollar” false advertisement on their FB & not to mention she didn’t even apologize for “her employees “ mistake .Their Menu doesn’t say anything on which tacos are not a dollar,Bad customer serviceI don’t think I would be coming back due to the inconvenience-
