Every time I come here there’s no premade food. Every other Casey’s makes their food every 2h, my husband worked at some locations. This place never makes it, you have to ask for it to be made. Is this not a convenience store? It’s not convenient to wait 10-15 minutes for popcorn chicken, when I could just go to McDonald’s across the street for less time.

My husband and I were on our way to meet a friend for dinner when we realized that we needed gas. Casey's was convenient and had a good price. We were able to get in and out quickly. I recommend Casey's for convenience and a good price.

This place is absolute garbage. I went to claim a few tickets. Had a few winners. The service was horrendous. It’s evident some convenient stores just hire bodies to push buttons. No customer service, no understanding of receipt or a process. I Will make it a point to not visit this location again.

Place is disgusting! People are rude! I'm not sure why they have so many employees who treat their customers like garbage, but they should fire everyone there and rehire and start with a new management team. This location and the one on 83 in Buffalo grove are definitely not like the others, pizza is NEVER fresh, drinks are bare and there shelves are full of expired stuff and then the refuse to take it back. If I get sick, it's on you, caseys, because your managers and store employees could care less about our health or safety. Your coffee tastes like mold and mildew. You would think you're running the water from the 83 caseys car wash. I would think the big boss would want to fire all of you, but obviously, they don't care either! I definitely don't recommend this place. I'll go to Shell from now on. You all look like dead because no one wants to deal with any of you anymore, I would think you guys need customers to stay open, but I guess not. All the reviews I have read that are all bad. I would think you guys would want to fix things. Shame on you guys. Came I. A year ago and this place was great, the food was always fresh, the people were always nice especially the girl with all the tattoos not sure what you guys are doing but it's obviously an internal issue. If you're reading this, DONT GOTO THE CASEYS IN WHEELING OR THE 83 BUFFALO GROVE LOCATION! I might return if I see a new management sign out there, but probably not. Suggestion fire everyone and start over, clean your bathrooms, order stuff for your store, make fresh food like you advertise, and have gas, 1 last thing MAKE SURE PEOPLE ARE DOING THERE JOBS!!!

I would give zero stars if I could! They close at 10 pm and I went in with my daughter at 8:15 pm so she could use the restroom, well the arrogant worker at the front yelled at me and my daughter that the bathrooms were closed for the night. How do you close your restrooms before your actual building? I will NEVER go to this place again for anything.

I'm a daily customer sometimes multiple times a day. I think this store has a lot of great employees Brittany is an awesome manager always going out of her way to help me or make me something to eat if it's not available. Cheryl and Joe are 2 of my favorites it's always nice to have a friendly conversation. Greg is always out there cleaning the parking lot and doing the garbage or the bathrooms he even came and saved me from the car wash that broke down on me. With that all being said there are multiple managers and staff that don't do there jobs or are not very friendly The people I named above always greet me and the others just shrug us off and act like the issues with there pumps or car wash are my or other customers problems instead of trying to fix it. I'm not sure what the other assistant managers name is but she is never nice and seems to not do much when I come in unlike other staff and other managers there. Alex also is very friendly and helpful. This store would have gotten 5 stars if the other staff was nicer and would help or just explain the issue or issues.

We DO NOT have any cockroaches nor any bugs in our buffalo Grove store and we have amazing food and please don't judge not all employees are bad. We have great service so please don't leave fake untrue reviews. We have many returning customers who love our store and we make amazing thick and thin crust amoung other amazing food. I go through the moon and back for my customers they come 1st!! So please stop in and see we love and care and our store is very clean and like other stores all use gloves when cooking and we clean and sanitize hourly if not sooner? So come let us show you these negative Nellie's are giving false statements about our store. ??✅?????

There are promising a time you wait two hours. Then you tip $20 and they only gave you half your order and you find a cockroach in ur pizza. Do they clean? That's just gross then they don't want you ordering there. Not like I can't order at my friends house or my work.

This place sucks. Every time gas is low they all of a sudden have ALL of their pumps closed. And when they are open it takes 20 mins to fill the tank.
