I ordered the White Miso Ramen With Egg for delivery through DoorDash, and it was okay; not bad but not great. Delivery time was very fast but the broth was so cold when it arrived that there's no way it was even minimally heated ahead of time. Packaging was okay as well, I appreciate that the noodle & toppings were in a separate container rather than mixed in with the broth, however both containers were completely filled so it wasn't possible to combine everything directly in either container and I would have needed a separate (very large) bowl in order to enjoy everything together which I did not have, though this may not be an issue for others. I have previously ordered ramen for delivery from Torino Ramen in Wilmette and that was a far better experience in every way--delivery distance was much further and yet broth was hot upon arrival, the container with noodles and toppings was large enough that the broth could be poured over and enjoyed directly from the container, and honestly the taste was MUCH better. That said, I have only ever ordered ramen for delivery from these two locations so maybe Torino set my expectations too high. Regardless, I will not be ordering from here again, though I may consider dining in if I'm ever in the area and craving ramen.

I’m coming here for the second time, and the food was very delicious. I ordered the red miso ramen with corn. It was very busy since it was a Friday, and there was only one waiter. This guy was really trying hard and did a great job clearing the tables. We waited a few minutes for water because of the crowd, which was fine. He recommended this ramen to me, and I was very pleased. Thank you, I’ll definitely be coming back again.

Do not arrive past 9pm and expect to be seated, to receive service, to even have your food fully cooked because the teenagers staffed after hours will be scrolling tiktok in the back loudly on the bluetooth restaurant speaker. Astonished. I have, genuinely, never in my life received worse service. One of them legitimately pretended they didnt see my partner and I walk in so they wouldn't have to serve us. Most bizarre dining experience of my life. Top that with uncooked noodles and boxed broth and you have a phenomenally terrible experience.

My favorite comfort food. Great ramen, even for us non-meat people. And the ramen eggs are a delicious way to add protein.

Best miso ramen I've ever had. Beef curry rice bowl was also amazing.

I came in at 9:40pm, which is 50 minutes until their posted time of close, just to be told they close in 20 minutes. I mentioned their posted time online and decided to stay as I was already in there. That probably wasn't the best decision. The food came quick but it wasn't close to the quality of their food on a precious visit. The broth was not made correctly and my pork was somehow cold, despite the broth being literal lava. I Love ramen, and this was the worst ramen experience I have had to date.

Got waited at a dirty table and the person next to me also got waited at a dirty table. The food was cold. The chasu in my ramen was cold. Tasted very mid. The takoyaki the middle was cold/frozen. Workers brought out food fast but the food wasn’t cooked well.

Unimpressed with this newer location. Air conditioning was not working and no excuses were given. Servers really didn’t know much about the menu it seemed. They served the ramen and didn’t even know there was no utensils on the table. The pork was stone cold. At least at the other location the pork was fired up so luke warm. Only one person was preparing food and she didn’t seem like she cared much about the presentation. I will not return. Also the chain is not able to spice up the spicy at all.

Tried two different dishes and wasn’t really impressed with either of them. I love ramen but maybe the kind they make here just isn’t my style.

What happened to this place!!!! They used to be so good. Seems like ever since they got rid of the dedicated ramen chefs and hired teenagers it’s been terrible. Last 4 times I’ve went they were out of chicken. Went just now and they are out of eggs. This used to be my favorite spot to eat. I will not be returning.
