Chipotle Mexican Grill

I’ve never had a good experience at this location. Today they were out of the honey chipotle chicken and out of iced tea, the 2 things I get. The rice was hard. I’m done wasting my money here.

Received beans and queso in my bowl, which I did not order. The bowl was also very messy. There was not much of the other ingredients considering the price. I will not be returning to this location and cannot recommend it. Disappointing.

Typical CHIPOTLE layout. Good food, nice casual place.

The customers service was bad, the front man was a nice one. But when I asked the girl to help me get a burrito, she just flat out ignored my sentence. When we finished our order she didn't ask us for drinks or nothing. And when asked to give us chips and gusamole. She threw it at us. So unprofessional, I won't come here again. Avoid this location at all costs. Incompetent workers charged for the wrong item (second time it has happened) when this was realized I asked for a refund of the difference but was told they cannot do that at the store per the general manager and was told to call a number. On top of this the store is usually dirty and the food is cold. The management is failing this location.

The line people were fine but the young lady at the register was very unfriendly and borderline rude. Not sure what or who she was mad about but this isn't the time or place to take it out on Chipotle's customers.

Food items are not available by 7 pm. No customer service. Most of the employees I interacted so far showed 0 interest in being in that store or serving the food.

I usually give everything a 6/10 or 3/5 stars. I fully understand that restaurants have bad days. I've been to this Chipotle multiple times, and I consistently receive shockingly small portions and missed items.

I know Chipotle has had its moments on portions, and by no means am I going to complain if I am getting a fair portion or at least normal portion. It's another thing if my burrito looks like it should be in a kids' meal and is oddly mangled. Let alone, missed chips, no sour cream, half filled queso, and a burrito bowl that is only half full.

Flavors are great, I just wish there was more to eat.

I’ve finally had enough of this location and called corporate on them thanks to the girl who hung up on me after asking for the number.. I told them I was concerned they’ve never investigated this location already because of all the reviews according them the report has been made and they’ll be investigating this location which I hope if true before someone gets sick! Manager should be ashamed of himself..every time I deal with him he’s rude and they all laugh when they get complaints like they’re purposely messing up..

Rice not cooked. Fajitas not grilled. Guac is black. Quantity is low. Bad customer service. I’m never going back again

Really good food. Just don't go after 7-8 pm because the meat, example: Carnios were dry. That's the only thing.
