Bad customer service. The girl staff member working the line had a poor attitude and misrepresented something I never said. Very disappointing experience.

Steak is super dry like jerky, the guacamole was brown, they forgot several items in my order, and what's worse is dont bother trying to call the store to talk to someone, the automated system won't let you and you have to use a chat bot which only gives you a coupon in your app. This place is run by very timid kids

I previously had a 5 star review here. No idea what happened but it seems like the entire Chipotle brand is going downhill.

Upper management needs to do a big course correction because the food and customer experience has changed so much for the worse that I literally won't come back anymore (to any Chipotle). I literally threw my burrito bowl in the garbage after 3 bites because it was basically inedible. I've never done that before and I've been a huge Chipotle fan since 2005~.

The change should be to a 1 star but I'm adding another because they actually used to be good.

This is one of the best Chipotle locations I've been to in terms of service and food. Fresh ingredients and very pleasant and accommodating staff with great attitude even in an extremely busy time. Thank you!

I ordered specifically from this location because, though the location in Lincolnshire is closer to me, it had lower ratings than this one, so I went for the one with the better ratings.

I ordered a chicken burrito with rice, pinto and black beans, fajita vegetables, cheese, lettuce, sour cream, green and red salsa, and fresh tomato salsa which is their pico de gallo.

The entire thing was basically a tortilla filled with about a pound and a half of rice. There were maybe 3 pieces of chicken in it, no lettuce, no pico de gallo, no sour cream or salsa, no fajita vegetables, and only the tiniest bit of sticky cheese tucked into the very end of the burrito but nowhere else anywhere on there. I couldn't tell if the rice was overcooked or barely cooked because it was slimy, but also sort of oddly crunchy.

It was the worst burrito I've ever had, and I wonder if it was because I had it delivered and didn't stand there and watch them make it, so they just slopped a bunch of rice into a shell and sent it off for delivery...or if it's because the food is just bad.

Either way, it cost me over $15 (not including the extra delivery tip) for a nasty pound of rice packed to the gills inside a slimy tortilla. It was awful. Very disappointing. Definitely don't order delivery from here if you plan to order anything besides rice, because that's all your gonna' get.

The absolute worst Chipotle location I have been to in the last 20 years. The staff is rude, racist and they try to intimidate you by rolling their eyes, talking about you to their colleagues and then laughing at you. They made fun of my three kids, especially my child who has special needs. When I complained to the manager, the staff had friend there and they started talking about my kids and I.
I could tell the manager felt helpless and had no idea what to do or how to handle his own staff. It was sad to be at a location that’s in the middle of such a diverse area.

Shame on you Chipotle, especially for not doing anything about what’s happening there and allowing rude and racist behavior towards its customers!
