Cinergy Cinemas in Wheeling

Good, clean, modern theater. But why show commercials past the start time? I get movie trailers, but starting those almost 10 minutes after start time means plan on coming 20 mins late to show time.

Favorite place to bring my kids to a movie. Chairs are comfortable and food is good.

Kind of disappointed of how dirty the seats and theater was. We got to our seats and the cup holders had trash in them, and table was sticky. Decided to move to the next seat and same thing. Went to move back a row and they were sticky too! So many dirty seats. Popcorn all over the ground along with trash. Cleanliness did not match how nice the theater is.

Really nice and quiet theatre, sometimes a little too quiet but it’s nice getting to see a movie on your own! Plush recliner seats and food can be ordered straight to your seat with decent prices. Only thing I can recommend is being adding the ability to order drinks and popcorn to your seat.

This theater was amazing. Will definitly go again the recliners were amazing as well as the drinks amd the service.

Nice newer theater and great price for movies. Food prices are a little high, but reasonable for a theater.

This theater is a true standout in the area! They spoil you with free refills on popcorn and drinks, which is such a nice perk. The staff is always friendly and ready to help, and the movie quality is fantastic. The seats are super comfy, making it easy to relax and enjoy the show.

Disappointed that I’m a paying member and came to see a movie in July but the screen wasn’t working. I understand things happen and I was given 3 complimentary passes for my next visit. I decided to see a movie last night and was told I couldn’t use the passes on a new movie even though it’s not stated on the pass. It’s sad that I pay a monthly fee and have had this experience with this theater. Will be canceling my membership and no longer attend Cinergy after I use the passes. Not the best customer experience

I love this theater. Seats are comfortable, they bring food and drink to your seat.

Starting coming here regularly with my family in the past 6 months and have enjoyed getting back in the habit of watching movies. Ticket prices are fair, theaters are clean and well maintained. The chairs are super super comfy. Staff have always been friendly and welcoming. With all the streaming we do in society, didn’t think I would return to watching movies regularly, but it’s a great way to mix things up and have had a great experience each time we have gone here. Finally downloaded their free app to accumulate some rewards as well.

No popcorn, I paid $10$ for 2 bottles or water because I was told the soda machine was not working because they had power issues. At least the seats were only like 8$. The only thing that saved the outing was Deadpool/Wolverine. MAXIMUM EFFORT! Not so much facilities wise!
