I placed two orders 11/28 online. One was shipped and the other was delayed. I called and emailed. I never got responses from my emails but when I called on 11/30 I was told both orders had shipped out on the 29th. When I called again on 12/4 I was told one of the orders had never shipped and was going out today, 12/4. No apology, no explanation. I've always loved sending these cookies, never had a problem but I will not do it again as this was super disappointing. I assumed for $30 shipping fees my orders would be delivered as promised not that I would have to chase down the shipping and orders only to be told that one of the orders was never shipped. To say the customer service was below par would be an understatement.

I placed a large order and was told it would be delivered in 10 days or less. My order was shipped in 22 days.I attempted to discuss multiple times (email and phone). No one would take my call.The cookies are amazing. And I am sure the service is good locally.However, I would not recommend for non-local needs.

I have been enjoying Joey cookies early on when she first started out. I just had one after lunch and I decided I had to share how good they are. If you like chocolate you will "LOVE" these cookies. I freeze them and try to contain my desire to eat 2 or 3 everyday! THE BEST!
The cookie cupcakes are amazing!! We tried the sugar cookie flavor but are fairly certain all the flavors would be addicting. You can't just have one, after you've tried one!!!

I showed up not knowing I had to order in advance. I was originally turned away but as I walked to my car they came out and asked how many cookies I wanted. They put together a great box for me. The cookies were AMAZING!! Great cookies for gifts. I took mine to a client and they loved them.

Delicious cookies but UPS delivery is spotty. I wish Joey's had a better way to get them to the recipients, Even with tracking,some of my orders didn't get where they were supposed to go. A couple of boxes were signed for with bogus signatures. I wish there was a better way of getting orders where they are supposed ti go. ,
