I jad a taste for these cookies and did delivery through door dash...I received the 3 chocolate chip cookies and they were rock solid hard and couldn't eat them, i did complain on door dash app. It's sad because I've had a pretty good experience before but I drove their to get the cookies and they were very soft and my parents loves them at that time...I won't have them delivered anymore...thanks

Absolutely unprofessional... Do not support this location! Heard they treat their employees awfully-- clearly reflects on the vibes of the shop. Manager is unprofessional and allegedly fires new employees after about 3 weeks without warning or reason. They are always pushing to "revamp" the store, however nothing changes besides the employees they circle through and toss away like garbage. 0 communication, and if you have an issue with this store I promise they will not offer valid help. They do not care about their employees or customers.

This Crumbl location has gone downhill very quickly. Two times this week I was able to order on the app, but when I showed up, the store was out of cookies and/or closed for maintenance. When I contacted Crumbl Customer Service, they informed me that they do not manage the franchise locations, and therefore have no control over the order form.

Fast forward to tonight, when I decided to give this location another chance. I ordered a three pack of miniature cookies in three different types. When I got home and opened the box, I was given 2/3 types I ordered, with one doubled. I am not sure if they ran out of the third type, but if they did, I was not informed. One of the cookies I did receive was so hard that I could not even bite into it.

I would recommend going to the Arlington Heights location instead of this one. They are far more consistent.

Stopped by at this location to get some cookies for my kid. The workers were very rude. One of them literally started swearing at another customer, in front of my kid. We decided to walk out without a purchase.

By far the rudest service I encountered. Brought my family in which included three children and the caucasian who has a beard was horrible to us all. I do not recommended this place at all. AVOID!!!

just went to crumbl cookie at 3:30 in the afternoon to get my tmobile cookie and the guys rudely said we don't have anymore. this is a chocolate chip cookie which they do have (I saw them) but choose to not give them away for some reason. this is a qr code that works at every store in America and this location decided we are not going to honor that anymore. TMobile is paying for the cookies and yet they refuse to give them away. I asked the guys for a different one, I don't care which one just anything. they said we don't have anymore and that's it.

What kind of operation are you running at this location turning customers away and refusing to sell cookies when I can clearly see many chocolate chip cookies in front of me but you refused to take the code. The worst part of it was the guys acted like jerks in the process turning people away I wasn't the only one. it seemed to make them feel good knowing you got nothing. today was a massive failure for this location the owner should be embarrassed by this.
