Ordered a couple pizzas with the $9.99 any crust any toppings deal. There were barely any pieces of chicken on it and I ordered extra. The heavier set caucasian with the glasses was making the pizzas. Horrible!!!

When employees from India are working the pizzas have nothing on.They cut so much of the ingredients that you get only greasy bread instead of a pizza. Yesterday I ordered chicken pizza and there was literally 3 small pieces of chicken. There was almost no cheese at all.But when white guys are on shift the pizzas are delicious and have a lot of meat. Every time. And the woman employ also cuts a lot of the ingredients

Workers are eating right behind the counter next to pick up tables. Terrible service. Pizza was tasteless and crust was not cooked properly. Workers were listening to obnoxious music with many customers inside
Kid-friendliness: No. Rude employees

This is our go to place to pick up pizza, we do love this place but today felt like a big disappointment. The reason why I say this is because I witness a couple of employees that didn’t work professionally. First, I saw a woman sweeping aggressively and along with that, she didn’t have a hairnet on her head. Secondly, there was a young man who was at the cash register picking a nose when there was a customer paying in front of him. Lastly, there was another employee who randomly came out of the door on the phone and was preparing a pizza. I don’t even know if this employee washed his hands before making a pizza. I am concerned over this visit. I honestly wouldn’t want to return to this place again. And to whoever is in charge of the Wheeling location of Domino’s, I urge you to teach these employees how to work more professional and to follow safety procedures with food because I would hate to hear that someone got sick from the pizza because of your employees being negligent about not taking serious with making pizzas for the people. Now I’m not trying to sound like some negative customer but I’ve always liked coming to this Domino’s for years but today was the last time I’m ever gonna step a foot entering this particular Domino’s. I’m not looking for anything free. I simply want these employees at this certain Domino’s to do their job correctly and to train them better so that customers like me don’t feel disgusted about it when walking in this particular Domino’s.

I honestly love dominos but not this location…order a sandwich and some specialty chicken … the person working said he called me to tell me they didn’t have any bread.. I don’t see a call nor did he leave a voicemail letting me know. The chicken was not that good.

I wish I could say I had a pleasant experience, but unfortunately, Monique, the employee who served me, made sure it was anything but. From the moment I walked in, she radiated an air of arrogance that was hard to ignore. She rolled her eyes at nearly everything—whether it was a simple question about the menu or a request to modify my order, her disdain was palpable.
What made it worse was how condescending she was. Every interaction felt like I was being talked down to, as if my presence was more of an inconvenience than anything else. Asking for something as basic as help with the app felt like a chore to her, and her attitude left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome.
If customer service is important to you, I'd recommend steering clear of Monique. It's a shame, because the pizza might be great, but with service like that, it's hard to enjoy the experience. Hopefully, management addresses her attitude, because it's doing the place no favors. This was the last time I ordered from this place.

It's dominos so you know what you're getting. If you're expecting gourmet not so much. However it's good pizza at a very fair price.

A horrible place.
A pizza was accidentally not given to my mom and it was left behind. Chris instantly jumped on it when I called to report as soon as she came home. He was very pleasant and accommodated me so effortlessly! Hard to find that kind of customer service

The food was what one would expect from Domino's, and it was on time (this time). Only 2 employees work at a time making pizzas, manning the oven, and ringing up customers so it can be a little chaotic and slow.
Vegetarian options: There are plenty of non-meat toppings to choose from.
Parking: It's a very small lot in a strip mall, so there are limited spaces.
Wheelchair accessibility: There are no stairs and a ramp up to the sidewalk next to the handicap spot.
